Ordered a part, and the wrong part was shipped. I understand this happens and this is not why you get 1 star. I am giving 1 star because i have reported this via email and called in and this has still not been rectified, so i have an upset customer and still have no part to give them.. 2 days and counting

Was in a pinch and needed parts quick, parts were good price but shipping for an item that would fit in a 6x6 box and under a pound was $20! Additionally I ordered 2 pro tech contacts both same for my unit, when I received both were in pro tech box but one was a generic equivalent not pro tech. Don’t think I would use them again.

The price (before shipping charges) seemed reasonable, however charging $30+ for UPS ground that really costs Parts Town less than $5-$8 is a ripoff.
