Overcharged for shipping
I bought a $36 replacement part for my icemaker. I ordered it on a Saturday and selected the ground option for shipping. That was $16. It said delivery would be by the following Thursday end of day. I selected this as the work was being done on Friday. The other option was expedited, which would arrive by Wednesday, but that was $39. I received confirmation on Monday evening that my shipment would be received by end of business on Friday. I opened up the invoice and they had charged me $39 for shipping. When I called customer service this morning to ask why I was charged $39 but wasn’t receiving the package until Friday. She said it was a mistake on there and and that they would refund me the difference. If I hadn’t looked at the invoice to verify, they would’ve charged me double the place that I paid and probably said nothing. I imagine there’s nice people that work at parts town, but the fact that their own system screwed up by doubling the price of shipping as well as their customer service rep saying that only “overnight” and “second day” are guaranteed delivery dates and that the other are estimates is misleading and wrong. Nowhere does it save these are estimated.

The part they said would work did not work on my cambro. Bolt pattern was correct, but part would not fasten or close.

shopping for parts was easy with model number and brand. was able to find what i needed without worries. wish they provide measurements for gaskets this will make it easier to locate the correct one other than that this was a wonderful experience

Prices are high
The main reason I don’t purchase as many parts as I need from parts town is the prices are way too high . I could be buying 3 t5 times more from parts town but prices are higher than other vendors. That is the only issue other than that companies services are good

Disappointed with SLOW distribution Activity …
Disappointed that the order I placed Sunday afternoon (with two day delivery) did not leave your distribution center til after 4 PM on Monday, resulting in a three day v. two day delivery.

Getting the right heat lamp for an older model chicken rotisserie is hard. We know people buy new chicken rotisserie, but other people can’t afford to, and still rely on the older parts. You need an easier way to find the older parts to make it easier for the people who need them

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Worst experience ever. Had to reorder the same part 3 times bc they kept sending the wrong part. Gaslit us that we were the ones making the mistake, until they finally decided to check the stocking and found a restocking error. The customer service staff talks like they are communicating w/ an ex boyfriend; incredibly curt and rude. Got disconnected twice when I tried to call in to speak to a supervisor, didn't receive responses to emergency emails at all, was completely ghosted. Run!!! Go to Webstaurant
