Great products, competitive pricing, and free shipping! Need I say more. We purchased several items for our outdoor kitchen. Although shipping may be delayed due to the Pandemic, to our surprise, we have already begun receiving items from our purchase. Customer Service is great! They offer high-end products for all your outdoor needs. Highly recommend.
The Bromic Tungsten mobile patio heater is great. Ordered from patio products. Process was smooth. Delivery much slower than stated. No update for shipment past Seattle distribution. No response to mail inquiry. Telephone + endless loop, no response. Finally, shipment arrived. Assembly ok, except some of the provided screws do not fit. E-mail inquiry with pictures sent, no response. Reminder sent, no response. Conclusion: pure distribution, zero customer service. Thanks, but at high end products that is not acceptable
