I’ve always been on the lookout for a platform where I can create content with my dog. Pawjour is an excellent choice. It’s user-friendly and intuitive. The application is fantastic. The customer service and user experience are top-notch. I honestly would recommend it to everyone, whether you are a creator or a brand. I’ve already created some campaigns with them, and it was always a pleasant experience.

I love using Pawjourr. I have completed two campaigns with them so far and I am just loving the process! they are so easy to use. I apply for the job and they help me through the deliverables. Working with EcoBark was an amazing experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly communicative, kind, and clear with expectations, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the creative direction and feedback—they truly value their creators while also having a strong vision for their brand. The products are thoughtfully designed specifically for small and teacup dogs, and it was easy to authentically showcase them in a natural way. The collaboration felt very aligned, and I never felt rushed or unsupported at any stage. Overall, this was a seamless and rewarding partnership. Just wrapped up my first project with Pawjourr, and overall it was a great experience 👏 As a creator, I really appreciated that the clients were verified—it gave me a lot more confidence going into the collaboration. I also loved that Pawjourr reached out directly to invite me to the project, which made the whole process feel more curated and intentional. There were a couple of things that were a bit confusing at first: 1) Messaging through the platform actually routes to email, so you have to reply-all from your inbox to communicate with the client. 2) The initial creative brief I received differed slightly from the submission requirements on the platform (for example, the form asked for a UGC video without music, which didn’t fully align with what the client wanted). That said, Pawjourr’s communication was super quick and efficient, so everything got clarified easily. Overall, really positive experience—I’m excited to keep working with them and continue using the platform!

I've had such a good experience as a UGC creator with Pawjourr. There us a much lower barrier to entry than with other UGC platforms and they have been so great to work with. I even expressed some confusion about the terms of agreement on one of my briefs and they assured me that they would be reviewing future briefs differently as to not confuse other UGC creators. I've had nothing but great interactions on Pawjourr - from the brands to the platform itself and I can't give them enough good feedback! I look forward to my future as a UGC creator working with Pawjourr!
