the Concierge ladies were great keeping me informed and up to date on the process, the only problem is I arranged to get a lower price but when it all came down to the sale I wasn't given the price we discussed, and agreed to. For that Im little dissatisfied.

It also shows just below the price a total which includes the small transaction fee charged by the payment processor. The only other charge is your state tax that we have no control over. We absolutely do not have any hidden charges or fees. If you feel something is not right please reach out in the message center and we will send you an itemized invoice and resolve any issues.
After 4+ days with my puppy, I am happy. Communication with Pawrade was very good. I do wish I could research breeders beforehand since I am unsure of Pawrades discression on breeders, but after checking papers I did get a good one. I went with my gut and my gut was right. The company they used for transport was very communicative and friendly. Even the puppy seemed to like them.
PS - After reading the response to this, I was probably negligent in realizing how thorough Pawrade is with their breeders, but again my gut was right. So I am changing my review to 5 stars, rather than 4. I did, also, research the breeder after I received the AKC paperwork and found that the breeder seems amazing. Additionally, I did take my new puppy to a vet within the 72 hours, but their printer was not working and I had to get the vet to handwrite me a note proving that I had gone and that my puppy seemed healthy. Pawrade accepted that.

Working with Pawrade was a wonderful experience. From choosing a puppy to delivery everything went smoothly. Sadie arrived happy and healthy with all her paperwork and a small bag of food. The staff on Pawrade are all very professional and helpful. They contacted the breeder on my be half multiple times to answer questions.
Delivery service was excellent. She arrived home in less than 24 hours she was clean and fresh. Drivers were professional and very gentle with her. I was extremely happy from start to finish.

Some things you should check out ahead of time
Good stuff: the staff communication and follow-through were excellent. Our puppy arrived in good health and seems to be well cared for.
Good to know stuff (Pawrade did not respond to my request to address these issues before I wrote this review): I'm not confident that we weren't provided a puppy from a mass breeder. Red flags ahead of time include not being able to visit the puppy at the breeder, or being able to see the parents by video. I'm also concerned that I was told the wrong location of the breeder (by 25 miles). When I went to pick up the puppy, locals indicated the actual northern Indiana region of the breeder is notorious for puppy mills. Finally, my pre-purchase communication and the "no puppy mills" marketing led me to believe we were dealing with a small-volume breeder. After purchase, we received the breeder's address, and Google Maps indicates it is a large operation with construction adding more.

We carefully vet all of our breeders to ensure that they are fully licensed as required by the USDA as well as any local regulatory agencies. We carefully review their records to ensure they have no history of violations. "Puppy mills" don't even bother to apply with us as they know they will never meet our stringent requirements.
We give the breeders location by region so that you have a fairly accurate idea of their location. Our breeders always meet at a neutral, public location for safety reasons as is strongly recommended by law enforcement. The meet location may change due to the breeder's personal schedule so we don't give an exact location until just a few days prior.
We have breeders of every type. From "mom and pop" to full time professionals with million dollar facilities. And folks have differing definitions of "puppy mill". While many puppy mills do produce a lot of pups, the volume does not make a puppy mill. That would be like saying Toyota produces a lot of cars so they must be bad cars. It is the quality of care and conditions the pups are raised in, as well as many other factors that really count. You have the breeders full information on your documents. Please feel free to research for yourself.

Dog will spend 40+ hours in a van to my home 9 weeks old. I was told puppy is 4.5 hours away.
Told my dog is 4.5 away that I purchased. It appears that it will take 40 + hours for my dog to reach my home as it goes state by state and ending up at my house.
Reviews say dogs can get extremely sick, parasite from being with other puppies that are not from the same litter, diarrhea, vomiting uncontrollable emotional anxiety. This is completely unacceptable. Will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I wish I never would’ve gone with this company they should have told me the truth. This was never told to me. I picked this pet because it was close to my home. That’s the only reason, there’s many pets out there to pick from.
I didn’t want her to have to travel longer than 4.5 hours
Before you buy from PAWRADE go to Reddit and check what people are saying that it’s actually Puppy mill dogs.

Hey Steph, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with some of the travel details. We use a very few select transporters that are USDA licensed and inspected and abide by all the USDA guidelines for the transportation of puppies. Each transport vehicle is modified specifically for the transportation of puppies. The vehicles are operated by a two man crew so that they can keep moving 24/7 to get the pups home as quickly and safely as possible. Each pup has its own crate that is cleaned regularly and also their own food and water. The crew members constantly monitor and maintain the pups environment to ensure all is well. The pups don't "suffer" at all, they are very well cared for. It is also important to note that transportation of your pup is optional. You can pick up the pup yourself at the breeder, ground transportation by a USDA licensed transporter, standard air to your local airport, or you may also choose a flight nanny where a person carries your pup onto the plane and delivers them to you at your local airport.
Just don’t. That’s all I can say for purchasing through this company. While we love our pup, and absolutely love the breeder, Pawrade is an absolute joke. And yes, I’ve read all of their snarky comments to their negative reviews and fully expect them to come at me regarding mine. First, their prices are 2-3 times more than the breeder is selling them for directly. Second, their refusal to provide the breeders contact information before you pay is insanity. Third, I purchased this pup because it was old enough to be picked up immediately as I was off work for the week and the schedule was perfect. After purchasing they then inform you that the puppy has to be health checked by a veterinarian. While our breeder did this the day after, it unfortunately had coccidia, therefore Pawrade requires it to be rechecked in 4 days. Due to this and the fact that we were within the 72 hour window, we requested to cancel the purchase of the pup. Even willing to pay the $600 fee. BUT, imagine our surprise when they tell me that, no you will forfeit the entire amount of the dog because I requested a pickup date, and they suddenly take my request as a contractual obligation even though they didn’t confirm this date, nor provide a pick up address or reply to my request of the pickup date. How very convenient for them to keep your money. They are not here for the best interest of these dogs. They are here strictly to take your money and remind you of the 15 page contract you signed. We don't make snarky comments but we do provide the facts that are often left out. All of our pups are priced at the lower end of the national average. That is one reason many folks choose us. They research pricing before deciding to purchase.
Our primary focus is helping folks find the perfect pup for them that they otherwise would never find. That's exactly what we did for you. I am sure you can understand that there are expenses related to providing this service. Can you see that providing the breeder's direct information before we have an agreement in place would be cutting ourselves out of the process after we have done all the work? That would ensure the demise of our business and service that we provide. We carefully vet all of our breeders to ensure only the best are part of our program. That is confirmed by you as you state that you love the breeder and the pup we provided.
All of our terms are fully disclosed during the checkout process before purchase. In fact you were required to check boxes acknowledging that you read and agreed to the terms before being allowed to move forward. The terms of sale are presented a second time at the signing of the Reservation Agreement where you were also required to initial each section as well acknowledging you read and agreed to the terms. In each of these disclosures it is clearly outlined that the pup will receive a head to toe inspection by a USDA licensed Vet and will only be released if 100% healthy which can cause delays in delivery. If a pup has any ailment that is not minor and easily addressed we issue a full refun6d.
Ultimately, you received the perfect pup for you due to our service and that pup arrived at your home in perfect health. With zero risk of scams and fraud that are so prevalent with online puppy purchases.
Areas that are good - concierge and nanny
Areas to improve - buyer communication-do not oversell the condition of a puppy. Website claimed the puppy was socialized among multiple types of people, this was not evident in the first week. No pottie training evidence while promoted on the website. Too much focus on upselling insurance and compliance in the name of the puppy. Once we took ownership, nothing from pawrade. Doesn’t convey sincere care for the dog or the new owner. To improve, convey more empathy for a caring new owner. Do not oversell a puppy status just to move them. Follow up.

There is no obligation to renew or extend coverage. If the Metlife rep may have been to enthusiastic is suggesting an extension in coverage I do apologize for that. So far so good! The buying process was smooth. The communication was easy. They responded whenever I had a question. I felt like my hand was held the entire way. I had to wait a couple of weeks for my pup to be ready for travel, my concierge stayed in contact with me the entire time. Once my pup was on the road, I was communicating with my travel person daily for updates. Overall I had a good experience. I would recommend.
