This is a full scam company. You literally have to beg their support on WhatsApp afte transferring the money. Would you believe what reason they gave me? "We dont have money to send to India". WTF bro.
Rates are good but service is poor
Rates are good, but my transfer took more than 20 days. I can’t upload screenshot here. Trust me they are very slow. I did transfer on 17th April 2026 and today is 8may 2026, it’s been more than 20days , every time I talk to them on whatsapp chat and they say “ We kindly request your patience until the end of the day, as the amount will surely be credited to your account. We understand that it is taking longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please allow us some time to process it”. Stupid PayPenny. They promised that transfer will be cleared by 24hours

These people are scammers they hold your money for 2-3 weeks & on enquiry the have an automated reply that there concern team is working on transaction… if you really want to loose your peace & get stress use this app else stay away from it … complete fraudulent & falsified assurance provided by the app owners… will never use it again..
Transaction takes forever to finish
They are more than 10 days to finish transaction, yes there rate is a bit better than remitly but it is not worth the headache they give in their service.

The service is ridiculous. The SLA is 48 hours and you dont get the transfer completed even in 2 weeks. They just have a reply saying we are doing our best and we will resolve it soon.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I started a transaction 12 days ago. It took 10 days just for the funds to reach the Paypenny wallet, and despite the money being there, the transfer to the recipient's account in India still hasn't been completed. Never ever use this app ,very cheap services are provided by pay penny I sent money 13 days have passed and transaction has not cleared yet whenever I ask them they say 'we have escalated your issue we have prioritized your transactions by the end of the day your transaction will be cleared ' same excuse again and again other apps are much much better ,they cleared the transaction within minutes or hours but this app has very poor experience.

I regularly use paypenny to transfer money. The money is generally is deposited into my indian account within 48 hours of initiatimg the transfer. They also give better dollar to rupee conversion
