I was very skeptical in the beginning to use the app, given it’s totally unlike any other payment transfer apps and also with rates higher than google and any platform. But after using it few times and seeing the money in the account.. I started gaining trust on PayPenny. The support is good and respond to queries promptly. Still a lot to be improved but this is definitely my go to app for Payment Transfer

The support team is really nice
The support team is really nice, fast and helpful. They are solving the problems immediately which i like the best about this app. And the conversion rates are still high as compared to other platforms so it better for users. But one thing I didn’t like is that after making any transfer it takes almost 1-2 weeks to reach the funds in the bank account so you should make that process faster. Overall my experience from last 3 years is really amazing with you.

My experience has been really great with Pay Penny. First, they provide the best rate for CAD to INR, as I only use that and am not aware of other currencies. My transfer has been cleared within the provided timeframe, and I've never had any problem with the transfer, so it's trustworthy.

Fraud app….
Fraud app….. Don’t use PayPenny. They took my money and still haven’t refunded it. They keep giving excuses and playing games. Their customer service is also very poor. Very disappointing experience.
Good price but not in time
Good price but not in time, I use this platform 4 times. All transection take 2-3 days. Customer service said we need more time thay don't know how long take time.. yesterday I transfer money new is over the 36 hours but still transaction is pending. They are not working in weekend so please don't use this platform in weekend.
