Quality of shoes is not as good as it use to be compared 8-10 years ago. Bought a pair in Sep 18 and the inner linings had already worn out.considering that I only wear it once a week.

Nice products but needs better display and website

Whilst the products are generally as shown on the website, it would be better to show pictures of the products on models to show the overall effect or proportion (size of product in body ) . What’s annoying is that the bags are always sold out on the website ! The website can do with a reconfiguration so that we can view multiple products at once vs having to keep scroll down.

I am your regular customer. Some shoes are great looking and comfortable but some are not comfortable.. they are hard.

Exchange

I have placed order for the wrong size via Pazzion’s online shop, called in through customer care whom arranged for me to pick up the shoes at my desired size from my preferred outlet, all was resolved within minutes. Went down to the designated outlet the next day to pick up the exchanged item, all was done swiftly under 5 minutes. One star minus for the staffs at the store who do not carry a smile probably they are overwhelmed during the CNY period. Please do keep it up for the great and seamless service, making it one of the most pleasant purchase online!
