They were made and shipped within a couple of days and then arrived via DHL in another couple of days! The quality of the PCBs was excellent, even with tiny QFN packages! I also ordered a steel stencil for about $15. They were in contact the whole time about the validity of the gerber files I submitted. So, PCBWay is by far the best, cheapest and quickest PCB house I have used so far!

I am engaged in radio design and wanted to order factory pcb boards, since I'm already tired of doing it myself. I decided to order the pcb boards on PCBWay . Pleasantness began from the very beginning. The first thing I liked was the price of 10 pcs. pcb boards is $ 5, regardless of a one-layer or two-layers pcb boards. Other manufacturers did not have such discounts. It was pleasantly surprised that there is an online calculator where you enter the parameters of the pcb board (size, layers, quantity of your board and other parameters) and it calculates the cost for you. There were problems with the preparation of Gerber files for production (this is my first order) wrote a letter and the consultant helped me in preparing my project for production, for which I am very grateful! And also there is online technology process to track the status of manufacturing pcb boards and know at what level of manufacturing your project is located. My pcb boards were made in just 2 days. The quality of manufacturing pcb boards were fantastic. They are made very qualitatively, the mask is applied evenly, the silkscreen is also applied exactly, no breakages of a conductors or connections of conductors. I did not find a single fault with them . In general, after working with PCBWay, I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the products. I also again want to order pcb boards, I will definitely order at PCBWay . I recently designed a PCB project that had to be a little wider than normal. When I got a quote from the American based company I usually use, it was 42$ for three boards with shipping. For a more inexpensive solution, I went to a highly rated Chinese based PCB manufacturer named PCBWay. With Shipping, I got 10 of the same size boards for 31$. I received the product quickly in the mail within a few days, as I choose express shipping. The quality of the PCB was amazing, and when I received the board, it came perfectly as designed. The quoting process was extremely swift, and let me customize everything from the thickness of the board to its color. This company does everything from small quantity prototyping to large scale production and assembly, and they have an amazing deal that lets you get 10 100mm x 100mm boards for only 10$ (excluding shipping). I have already recommend this company to all my friends who are also looking for a great and inexpensive PCB manufacturer. I am extremely happy with the results, and will be using PCBWay in the future for my PCB needs.
Great experience ordering small (2x4.3 inch) 2-layer boards. Excellant quality and very fast turnaround. Using kicad to generate drill and gerber files worked perfectly and were completely usable by Pcbway to build perfect boards without question.
PCB Way provide fast service but unfortunately the price is lack of attention and common sense thinking. 50 of my PCB front blanking panels are useless because someone DID NOT think and put the internal factory job number next to to the company LOGO on the top silkscreen! Instead of putting the number in less visible place such as bottom silkscreen! Also another 50 PCBs have the text on the top silkscreen which should be only on Bottom silkscreen. Gerbers are OK. Again, just lack of attention!!!
I have ordered more than 10 different PCB design from PCBWay and they have delivered impeccable quality every time. Even though they say that production takes up to 4 days, I have never experienced it taking more than 2 days for small designs. The production price is extremely reasonable, and although shipping with DHL is a bit expensive, it is also very fast and usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to Denmark. I will continue ordering all my future designs from PCBWay and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality PCB services.
I ordered 10 PCBs (Eurocard size 160 x 100 mm) on wednesday 15 july 2015. Two days later on friday I got an E-mail telling me that the PCBs were ready and handled over to DHL. Monday 20 july 2015 I received the PCB's (in Denmark) and they look very nice, so I'm very satisfied.
I paid immediately for my order, it should take 3-4 days to manufacture my boards. Because the status didn't change after a week, I asked why they are not producing my boards... Oops, they forgot to book my payment. Okay, no big deal, I can wait a week longer. But then, my boards were ready to ship out, but not shipped within 3 days, and I asked again what happened: they told me, DHL lost my package but if I WANT, they would be so nice and give me the money back... :-( I told them, I need my boards, I didn't order just for fun... Worst experience, worst service.
I think I will make my pcb at this company next time.
