I had a problem with windows reported a missing file so I put my email address on a page with a short explanation one evening and had a answer next day. The is now working great.

Suite stopped working properly again. Online help gave link to unavailable address to reinstall. Helpline telephone support not able to help - kept getting cut off, promised phone back didn't happen, calls then went unanswered. Is PDF Suite in trouble?

I had trouble loading the software and was double billed for a yearly charge and lifetime charge.
I had trouble loading the software and when customer service helped, they upsold me to a one-time subscription which made sense at the time. They also tried to sell me other software which I declined. They promised that the yearly charge would be reversed, it has not been reversed, and the program has stopped working after five days. So, it is worthless to me. Customer support is impossible to reach as they are based in England. None of the telephone numbers work and the email addresses tend to go nowhere. I cannot recommend them and am trying to get my money back.
So, I just got an auto generated reply to my review that is the same auto generated reply that I got 8 days ago. Which, I might add was never followed through on. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours, but it may take 2 days due to a large volume. This was the same reply I originally received, and this company is just jerking me around. My next step will be to file a complaint in Delaware with the Consumer Fraud division of that state. Once again, I am exercising the supposed 30-day money back guarantee and I want a full refund.

I purchased on December 29, and instead of charging 39.95, they overcharged 179.95. I immediately requested a cancellation and received an automated message. It is now January 15, and after twenty emails and two attempted phone calls, I still do not have a resolution. Out of the twenty emails, one was not an auto-reply saying they're reviewing my claim, and that was from a rep explaining the billing amount. Again, I asked to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this company. Seems like a scam, and they are not responsive.

I wanted to edit and modify existing PDF files for Monthly Budget Worksheets from 2025 creating updated versions for 2026. The special $35.95 cost for one year was very affordable to experiment with the editing of PDF files. It was a little cumbersome to accomplish but I continue to experiment without any user manual available to resolve the frustrating steps to create modified PDF files.
