Customer service was good when I canceled my subscription but it took 30 days of emails to get a refund… so not happy

I do not appreciate the crap left on my…

I do not appreciate the crap left on my pc with the 365tech help. An application comes up and I can not get rid of it. I have another service I use to address my pc issues so would like you to remove all the 365 tech stuff still remaining on my pc. I'm good with the adobe application but don't need all the other stuff that's been left on my pc.

Not free, avoid these scammers, wasted 1h editing a document which I was not allowed to save without paying. Disgusting!!

Easy to use

Easy to use, and very reasonable price wise. Adobe wants like$50/month now, plus I'm finding them much more restrictive on options. Thank you for going back to a "simple" product that just plain works without issues.
