Once installed, this Trojan:
Hijacks your Windows Registry so it runs in the background constantly.
Forces a fake network proxy, instantly breaking your internet browser with a ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED error.
Acts as an information stealer, putting your private logins, business credentials, and banking details at risk.
I had to completely factory reset my Windows laptop to get rid of it because the virus actively blocks you from disabling the proxy or downloading cleanup tools. Avoid this software at all costs and stick to trusted, official tools like Adobe or built-in browser editors!

couldnt enjoy my computer with it installed. kept forcing itself to open on start up. i was constantly interupted by annoying pop ups while fullscreened. There are better less predatory platforms out there. I do not recommend. Edit. They demanded my contact info or they were going to take down my review. Predatory, leave me alone, I dont like or recommend your product.

This company has zero integrity. They hijack customers looking for adobe and if you’re in a hurry you can fall for their misleading payment options. There is no customer support and getting them to refund your money is impossible. Do not let them view your pc remotely cuz that’s when the real part of the scam begins, according to users on this site. Luckily I didn’t fall for that. My next step is to have my bank remove the charge from this fraudulent company.

PDF Suite is NOT owned by Adobe, and does not sell Adobe services. It is a different programme owned by the company ‘Avanquest’. Upon purchasing PDF Suite you will be pressured into allowing remote access to your computer by customer support in order to download it. This is incredibly dangerous and risky, and is something you should never allow. In addition to this, you will then be up-sold to what look to be similarly suspicious sister companies such as GotYourBack IT Support and Removia, who will try to scare you into buying incredibly overpriced ‘support’ and ‘data removal services’ that you do not need. Please be aware of this, it preys on people who don’t know any better and could cost you thousands.
If you have paid them, talk to your bank. And if you need further IT support or help to download a programme such as Adobe, go to your local computer shop, as it will be far cheaper and safer.

1. Online, I wanted to purchase the use of PDF Suite “Standard version”) for your sale price of $29.25 (instead of your “regular” price of $59.95). After I put in my credit card information, my screen showed that I was a purchase of your “PRO” version with OCR capabilities, and during the transaction, your system had changed my cost to $172.80. There was no way to go back or undo that transaction.
2. I never activated your software because your online delivery was forcing an unwanted purchase of your most costly software.
3. Because of your unscrupulous online sales mechanism forcing users to purchase the most expensive level of your software, and your dismal customer service practices, I will never want to use your software, even if you correct your disingenuous sales delivery web portal. You also advertised your “24-hour contact number, 1-888-363-0086, but it does not yield a live answer and only plays a message that your service is unavailable, no matter when or how often you call back.
4. Your AI Bot (which calls itself “Mikey”) keeps offering a 50% discount which I am not interested in. I only want 100% of my $172.80 reimbursed that you took from my credit card. I demand all of my money back because I never activated the software and I will never do so with your company in the future.
5. I have written to Trustpilot and Sitejabber and the FTC to complain about your unscrupulous website and software. Refund all my money immediately or you are committing business fraud.
