I dislike the dressing room area and where the mirror is placed at, where everyone can see you. Dressing rooms should be private, cozy, big space with its own mirrors. I am also disappointed that alteration & dress bag are not included with my purchase. Honestly, all the dresses in there are very costly, and alterations and bags should be free of charge.

The first dress my daughter tried on was a Sherri Hill. It was at our local dress boutique in Ohio. She fell in love and it looked like it was made for her. However, the dress had been tried on so many times already that the hook and eye was broken, it had deodorant stains on it and loose threads everywhere. The boutique was selling it for full price and it looked like it had already been worn to 10 proms. I wasn’t paying that much for that dress. Prom was only 4 weeks away. I was hesitant to order online due to so many knock offs. I researched and found that Peaches is an authorized retailer of Sherri Hill. I phoned to make sure they had the dress in stock. The staff was very friendly over the phone. We ordered and the dress shipped quickly and arrived fast. It was delivered in plastic to protect it. It’s beautiful and perfect! The purchase experience was wonderful and the selection was amazing. Our one downside was the shipping cost. Our dress was shipped straight from the manufacturer and Peaches charged us a $28.99 shipping fee. The shipping was not expedited and offered no special packing or delivery options.

I had an extremely positive experience during my visit at Peaches Boutique. The workers were very friendly from when we walked in, while trying on dresses, and checking out. I was very well assisted by a worker, Cynthia, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all my questions. 10/10, will definitely recommend to others!

I don’t exactly know what I wanted when I stepped in and I just picked 3 dresses off the floor like were told too not loving them but the person helping me was amazing and pulled things that I loved so much!

Almost everyone we worked with at Peaches was kind and professional, with the exception of on employee that was supposed to assist us with alterations. Her name was Alma, she was outright mean, and disengaged. We couldn’t have spent 5 minutes in the fitting room and she practically kicked us out. She did not make eye contact or want to listen to our concerns. This was the worst we had ever been treated let alone after spending 1300$ on a dress and 180$ for alterations.
