Peaches Boutique has been in Chicago for over 35 years helping people find their dream dress. We offer tons of Prom dresses that will fit your price range needs. We carry over 20,000 dresses during our peak season and feature reputable designers such as Sherri Hill, Mori Lee, Jovani and Ellie Wilde. We not only carry prom dresses but we also carry dresses that will be perfect for your Quinceanera, Sweet 16, Bat Mitzvah, Winter Formal, Homecoming, Wedding guest and many more. We have a 20,000-square-foot store that stocks over 20,000 dresses. That's right, you will not find anyone else out there that carries that much stock, especially an online retailer. We register all the dresses sold at Peaches and maintain our motto of not selling the same dress in the same color to the same event.We have nearly every prom dress in every size and color from every prominent dress designer. My experience was great because as soon as I walked in, there was a man at the counter that helped me out right away. I knew what I was looking for before walking in the store because I was online looking for dresses. Cynthia was very humble and very nice. She made my experience even better by helping me try on dresses and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, the experience was amazing.

I am very disappointed with the condition of the item I received. The slip has visible stains and dirt around the top, which makes it appear used rather than new. The drawstring stopper does not work, and the hoop was mishaped and required significant effort to reshape. I ordered this item on a rush basis due to time sensitivity, so a replacement is no longer a viable option. I contacted customer service and was told it came directly from the manufacturer, but the condition clearly does not reflect a new product. Given the condition of the item and the urgency of my order, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation. This situation has been very frustrating, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

Would shop elsewhere
This order wasn’t complicated, but I tried to order an additional dress and the website let me order a dress that is not available. The website does not differentiate what is available now and what won’t be available for months. This is super frustrating and disappointing when we find out the next day, after ordering the dress online, that the dress really isn’t available. As far as the dress we did receive, it arrived snagged with rough spots along the satin sash. This company includes a disclaimer card in the box saying that beads can be missing and snags happen and that they are not responsible for these issues. When purchasing a dress for over 600 dollars, it isn’t asking a lot to expect a perfect, undamaged garment.

Quality Control is Amazing!!
Their quality control is amazing! When they found an issue with the original dress we selected (before sending out), they contacted us immediately, gave us numerous options including a full refunded. We ended up selecting a new dress and are SO thrilled with the dress. I can’t say enough about their customer service! Wonderful store to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Prom Shopping
I liked that the store was not as busy when I went. I also liked that the associates on the floor were attentive when bringing dresses to my fitting room. However, the associate helping me in my fitting room was speaking with other associates and seemed distracted at times. She was super helpful with finding dresses on my printed list and suggesting other options, I just felt that she wasn’t always 100% there.

Almost there
The dress was as described and the availability date was sooner than expected. It did come rolled up in a tiny box and the shipping cost seemed high for the weight and size of the box. It was also shocking to see the dress come in a box the size of a shoebox. There was also communication issues as when you order, it does not show you've ordered when a dress is out of stock although it does tell you the dress is out of stock and allows you to order it. I messaged them and they told me they didn't see my order and to do the whole process again. I called the next day instead, and they told me I did have an order and apologized for the confusion. Not that smooth but the dress came faster than their original estimate.
