The prices are great but the company is let down by the very shoddy delivery process that is out of their hands. The massification of parcels makes it hard to follow up things for the sender, an,d for the buyer is a nightmare.

There was a horrible
There was a horrible, enormous delivery delay with no information for client service. The delivery was after three weeks of billing. The merchandise receipt deteriorated. However, I need to contact support to obtain a replacement for my lost and forgotten merchandise in the box. There is no news or repose from Pechepromo. I'm always waiting for a response! Pass your way; you're informed.
