I had a terrible experience because of the towing company Peddle assigned to pick up my car. The driver who picked up my car was professional, friendly, and communicated well. He called ahead to confirm the pickup time, and the pickup itself went smoothly. However, a couple of hours after my car had already been picked up, the same towing company called me and asked me to reschedule the pickup. I explained to the receptionist that my car had already been picked up, but she insisted that it was not their driver. I called the company twice to explain the situation, but both times she showed no interest in understanding what had happened and simply hung up on me. As a result, I had to contact Peddle myself. Even then, your team was unable to figure out what had happened right away. If you partner with third-party towing companies, you should be able to verify and resolve issues like this on the same day, or at least by the next day. The following day, all I received were automated emails and text messages thanking me for selling my car and asking me to leave a review. No one called me to explain the situation or provide an update. This experience raised serious trust issues with both Peddle and its towing partner. Because of this experience, I would not recommend using Peddle.

This is not the follow-through you should have gotten after pickup, especially with the confusion from the pickup partner afterward. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to walk through what happened and make sure everything is squared away on our end.
Not very good
Originally you where supposed to pick up the car a few days ago I received a text 30 minutes before the four hour window expired and nothing till getting an email the next morning.Then 3 days later when you did picked up the car you didn’t car about the 11AM- to 3PM pick you finally picked up the car at 5:30PM plus sending a driver that doesn’t speak any English doesn’t make sense at all

DON'T HAVE A WORD AND OFFER LESS MONEY WHEN PICK-UP THE CAR
I provided all the information about the car and explained the mechanical issues before the purchase offer was made. When they came to pick up the car, they made up an excuse and offered $200 less, saying that if I didn't accept, the deal was off. They are not trustworthy. Be careful with this company.

Other than the actual pick up not occurring on time which almost landed me a fine for not moving the vehicle it was easy and great to work with

Very easy to schedule the pick up. However, I had to reschedule because the company that was picking up the car had no availability on the date and time that I chose. Got done the very next day!

They gave me the offer and when they picked up the car gave me less then the offer, it wasn't a big amount and I told the lady I wasn't going keep arguing, they already had the car on the flatbed.

Legit Service, No Hassle Process
Legit service. Easy process (online), offer seemed fair, pickup was smooth. No pressure to accept Peddle’s offer. Would definitely use Peddle again if I ever have another car that I need to get fair value for with no hassle.
