Great customer service easy to understand how to explain your car and you get a chance over the phone later.. great payment. The only thing I would say if you try on Sunday it may take two days to get back with you.

Took 3 different attempts to get my car picked up and every time I did it they jacked the price way down, could have probably put my car on facebook and gotten 3x as much if I had more time.

The company business model is good ant they do what they say. My poor experience was with the partner who provided the offer. Logistics for picking up the car was poor. took over 3 attempts to get the driver to arrive. 1st time they dispatched driver in So California and I'm in Northern Ca (450 miles away). 2nd attempt sent someone from central vally CA (3 hrs away so no show). Finally after going back through Peddle to complain and try one last time we got a local tow company. Peddle customer support was very good. all ended well but frustrating to sit around during a 5 hour window to have no shows. Peddle needs to improve their website navigation to get to the offer and information. They also need to update the details as to the process. they are not buying the title the partner making the offer is. Not an issue but people need to know how to fill out paper work properly and to release their title. all-in-all great service just needs improved communications

Just as advertised it was easy and hassle free with amazing helpful tow driver. I’m in my 70’s and honestly could not handle paying 10k for repairs or finding a buyer myself😵💫
