They called to see if they could do an earlier pickup. Which was fine by me. He was fast, friendly and offered to help remove the license plate ( i had it off by the time he got to the location) great job.

Well I'm just happy to be done with the whole thing. He did come at the end of the window but I suppose that's not his control, he did a fine job no problems at all once you came picked it up in a few minutes!

I had the most sweetest tow truck driver! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. I will definitely recommend to others if they ever need to get their car traded in to go through here. It was such a great and smooth process! 5 Stars and more.

Simple but definitely low balled
Simple but definitely low balled. They really gave me the bare minimum for a vehicle that was running . Only reason I took it bcz there was no room in my driveway. Hopefully the next person they do right by them. The rep that came out was super polite.

I like everything about it
I like everything about it, but if you have a question about something you are not speaking to a human but to an Ai and they give you the same answer all the time, but everything else went very well. I will used them again.
