Significant Decrease from Quote
Due to a blown fuse the vehicle would not start which reduced the amount received by $400+ for a part that is less than $20. The pick up partner was very nice but did not have any space to explain that could have allowed that to be less of an impact to money received.

Was a no show for over a week
Was a no show for over a week, could not get the towing company to call me back. Had to restart the whole process and was quoted $35 less and then paid $15: less than that. Original quote was $570 ended up getting $520.

The deal was made and everything went as planned. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tow truck was supposed to pick up the car after 5 pm and the gentleman at Peddles said that he would put that in the request, however the tow truck called and said they could not do that and it had to be earlier. So I had to leave work early to meet them. But other than that it was a great deal.

skeptical at first
When I first found them, I was skeptical. Their offer was far more than I expected, but I thought I'd give them a try. the car didn't run And I just wanted to get rid of it. They came on time, gave me a check, the check cleared, and they towed it away. I was extremely satisfied.

I would’ve given 5 stars but my offer…
I would’ve given 5 stars but my offer dropped $200 when they picked up bc they couldn’t verify mileage (even though I marked could not verify) due to battery being dead. Overall, super easy process and my check was in my account the next day.

It was extremely easy to schedule
It was extremely easy to schedule. They were able to send someone out the very next day. The pick up person kept in contact and arrived on time. He was extremely nice, quick and efficient. It only took him 10 min..15 min tops. From my personal experience I would highly recommend.

The driver was professional and kind …
James was professional but kind and patient. Even though it was late in the day and he was ready to go home, he took the time to explain things to my husband and I and was cooperative and let my husband see under the vehicle to assess the damage he had done. Very nice experience with Peddke. Would recommend highly!
