Everything went smooth, until I went to cash the check
Everything went smooth, until I went to cash the check I was given. Due to how I bank, neither my online banking or any local grocery store would cash my check for me. Had to go to a check cashing service and lost 7% of what the check was valued at. If you do this, make sure you have an in house bank you can go to cash said check.

Poor service
I was asked the exact same questions about the vehicle twice: once on line, and once by the company picking the car up. I think that is unnecessary. The pickup company gave me a four hour window for them to get the car and then was 2 1/2 hours late after that. There was no consideration of my time taken into account.

That's not the standard we aim for, and a 2.5-hour delay on top of an already wide window isn't acceptable. A member of our team will be reaching out to follow up on the pickup experience and the duplicate questions.
