Don’t do it !! Waste of time and they will charge your card multiple times if you try add on another account which they should’ve made that part clear. Waited almost the whole month never got access to the account. I emailed them multiple times to give me a refund still no response

Unhelpful site. Promotes free trial but there isn’t one. Payment is taken straight away. If you have insta you can usually see what you’re looking for. Total scam. Full refund has been received.

I tried some other sites. On my opinion this is the best. Is not always updated in real time, and the follower and seguiti lists also included deleted users. Chat support is very eccellent, especially

Though the technology does not always work immediatly its the only service i know that delivers results.
They have great customer service and are always willing to help like the agent called Nicky i just chatted with. I agree that so far i know it is still the best app to track private accounts and get information valuable to you

Stories, followers, downloads, saved posts all together. i hate switching tools so this was perfect. layout clean too. waiting part was annoying but once account opened, everything flew. pages load fast now.

Didn’t expect much but I can see basically everything except for direct messages. They even provide me with highlights. Hopefully direct messages will be available someday though. Great customer care, Julia is amazing!

It’s still my first day so the service is still ramping up, so far so good.
I must say though that I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there are actual agents handling customer support. I had a silly question and the agent (Victoria Davis, thanks Victoria!) was super fast and genuinely pleasant!
