Actual humans in customer support!
It’s still my first day so the service is still ramping up, so far so good. I must say though that I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there are actual agents handling customer support. I had a silly question and the agent (Victoria Davis, thanks Victoria!) was super fast and genuinely pleasant!
