I recently purchased a few diamond art kits from this site. I have done many in the past from other sites all of which have turned out beautifully. The one I am finishing off now from this site is of very poor quality. I have put the colours exactly where they should be and most of the smaller detail in the picture is not distinguishable. Just looks like a lot of colour rather than the pattern it should be. Very poor. So many better sites with beautiful art to choose from.

This is the third time sending this! You don't have Pennsylvania in the list of states! I want to order but I can't because you don't have Pennsylvania.
Good product quick delivery loved everything i have ordered
PeggyBuy went the extra mile to secure my replacement product securely wrapped
Of the 4 eagle motorcycle diamond arts I ordered, one was unusable The sticky coating was peeling off.
I’ve ordered from them 3 times and never had a problem. The shipping took a bit longer but still received in 15 days. My problem is they are hard to see the dark colors. I couldn’t tell the Bs from Gs or Es. The other problem is they aren’t really detailed like the pictures show. I ordered an Indian girl on a horse. The face details aren’t there. It just looks like a blurred face. Not happy about the end product.
I ordered the self adhesive frames. They are very nice and easy to use. The order took a while to receive. But as soon as I contacted customer service, they were on it. I will order again. Good experience. And I got it in time for Christmas as promised.
They have the most beautiful diamond art. My daughter absolutely love this site. I would have gave 5 stars but the shipping is not good it takes forever.
I ordered a cross stitch kit and pattern from Peggybuy. It didn't come with where the back stiches would be on the pattern. When I asked them to send, they sent me directions on HOW TO backstitch, not where the back stitch is on the pattern I purchased. When I asked again they just ignored me. What a waste of money.
Hi, sorry to bring you a bad experience, please tell us your order number, we will help you negotiate a solution

Great prices.. shipping a little more but love the choices of Diamond Arts.
Great prices!! I love this hobby and the site!!
Great experience here. Love the variety
Great product and prices!! My new hobby for the last year and you can't beat the price!! So many pictures to choose from and it's easy on my hands. Shipping could be a little faster but other than that...great products!!
They are selling rip offs of copyrighted art. I am saving for the genuine ones which are 3 times the price. I would much rather pay the extra for a real one where the artist gets paid for his work. I've reported the site to Diamond Art Club who have a legal collaboration with the artist.
Diamonds looked melted and many of them had hollow spots. The picture doesn’t look like the original shown and the size they tell you isn’t the size of the picture, it’s the size of the whole canvas. I ordered the same size from another company and theirs was much bigger. Just remember you get what you pay for and cheaper isn’t always better.
