Waiting since ordering on 20th July
Waiting since ordering on 20th July, sent email today to chase up order. Apparently the fact that no tracking number, should have been picked up in the first 3 days of ordering by them. Not happy as no communication, now have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to review my order. Feels very scammy to me, want full refund now, will never order from them again.

I am very much enjoying the Penroseskin products. I discovered them about 6 months ago and have been using them daily ever since. I King scent works so naturally with my natural scent. It’s not overpowering, it and quite subtle. I’m complimented daily.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Still waiting on my order. Their customer skills are terrible of should I say the lack of them. The product may be good when it eventually comes if it ever does. Quick to take you money for a non existent product. 1th july it was ordered. Did not have the one i ordered but let me order it and said I would have to wait 3 weeks for it but offered me a different choice if I want so I took the different choice and im still waiting and they are blanking all correspondence now only auto replying email. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The product starts out smelling good and fresh when I start my day but as the day goes on maybe 4 hours later it dies and no compliments at all.

I think they spent more money on the packaging than the actual product. I purchased the Ventura which is supposed to replicate the smell ofCreed Aventus. I kid you not when I tell you this thing smells like something you would pick up at the dollar store and quickly give it to grandma. I literally dabbed a little on my forearm (don't know why after smelling it) and it smelled very floral. I left it on, even after having thought about trying to wash it off, and it may have lasted an hour if that. Guys, this is something you definitely don't need in your collection. I'd stay away from this brand at all costs. The shipping was extremely slow, and like most I thought I was scammed out of my money. Fortunately enough after a long while, I received the product, but now wish I would have saved my money. Don't be me...save your money!

Enrico is most helpful is solving my issue with your company. The moment I ordered your product fIrom your confusing web site. i asked to cancel my order . I was told it was impossible to cancel because it had been shipped . I knew that was not the truth because I contacted the company the moment my order went through. Three days passed and I get an email saying your company was preparing my order. This made me angry. Because the first tow people I spoke to said it had been shipped. I knew they were not telling the truth. Enrico Stepped in to help he was able to cancel my order and calm down my anger about being lied to.
