⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly don’t understand how a fragrance company can handle a customer’s order this poorly. My order was delayed, not shipped on time, and then mishandled after I had already been inconvenienced by the delay. I was told that a complimentary product would be included to make up for the problems with my order. Instead, when my package finally arrived, the complimentary product wasn’t even included. So after delaying my order, failing to get it shipped when promised, and creating an unnecessary back-and-forth, the company still couldn’t follow through on something they themselves said they would provide. That’s not a minor mistake—that’s terrible customer service and poor attention to detail. Mistakes happen in business. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they take responsibility and make things right. In this case, the entire experience felt like I had to pay the price for the company’s mistakes while they couldn’t even deliver on their own promised resolution. For a fragrance company that presumably wants customers to trust them with repeat purchases, this is a horrible way to do business. Delayed orders, poor follow-through, and failing to include a promised complimentary product are not acceptable customer service. I expected better from Penrose. Based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering from them again.

Extremely disappointed. I bought product from them but had no idea the platform had somehow set me up for a monthly subscription, which is very dishonest. When I found out, I immediately challenged this by way of an email but was told to find a way to unsubscribe while they billed me for another month. Please be very careful that you do not fall for these dishonest way of marketing. I demanded a refund as I still have loads of the product I originally bought, but I am almost certain that I will not be refunded the money that was unfairly taken from my account. Shame!

Customer service email. No one reposnds. Cancelled order within 45mins but still no cancellation. They will steal your money. This is a subscription scam. The scents are SO FAR from original. DO NOT BUY
Wow! Where do I begin? Communication with Deanne has been great. She is on point with that part. However, I have had to change my choice twice due to scents being out of stock. Production is either sloppy or the product is so good they can't keep it on the shelves. I wait patiently now for the scent they had in stock and hope that my first choice will arrive on time. I pray that their business will continue to grow and improve in the near future 🙏🏾. Ty Penrose. Don't let me down.
