Company made it right. I recently, now deleted, wrote a review concerning a double charge to my credit card for research product and the appearance of getting the “run-around”. I am pleased to report the owner called and looked into why I was not receiving my credit and within the last two days the credit has gone through and posted. I appreciate the extra effort put in to retuning my money and keeping me as a customer. Nice to know there are business’s that still care about the consumer. BTW the products have been great as well!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! My package was stolen and they replaced it without question and helped me even report the package as stolen. They followed up with me not only through phone but through email as well and upgraded the shipping for me at no cost. I’ve been using their GLP-3 for months and have already lost way more than trying without anything to help. They are super helpful and understanding when issues arrive!
On time when they say it’s showing up. Even on Sunday’s. Products are quality. Great pricing. Customer service is great. Called them about one of their COA’s called me back the next day. If I can have one suggestion. Maybe some BOGO’s

The Peptides are the real deal. The prices are amazing. They’re very competitive and you can buy more because they are reasonable. Also, the service is very quick to get your Peptides once you order so I would truly let them be your peptide company now.
Peptidology is on top of my list and would buy all my products through them. However, the only complaint I have is that they don't carry everything Im looking for such as MOTS-C in 40mg. In some cases I am forced to buy elsewhere but I give them 5 stars because the product ships quick and they a definitely a reliable source you can trust.
