Bad customer service
At first, they had good customer service now their customer service is Horrible! They don’t respond back. I called the number that is provided on the website nobody answers I left a message. Nobody calls back. Also with text, it’s a hit or miss sometimes they will text back sometimes they won’t. I guess I’ll be going to another Peptide company.

Josh and his team are amazing! I cannot express how satisfied I am with Peptidology. I’ve been purchasing peptides for years from various labs and the customer service and product quality is top notch at Peptidology. They even had a minor product mix up and corrected the order immediately. I highly recommend them.
Quality Peptides
I am a repeat customer and have purchased their GLP3-R along with BPC 157/TB500 and CJC1295 and Ipamarelin combo. No complaints from this company. I can attest their peptides are effective and good quality. I have purchases from other sites but will always go back to this company. Never had an issue with shipping or product quality. I have seen personal results from their products especially the GLP3-R and the cjc1295/ipa combos. Keep it up
Exemplary Service and Product Pricing
Nicole, the gal answering the phone is always polite and respectful, she answers my questions to the limit of what can or can not be said about peptide dosage and the like but can explain a peptide use very well. The price and quality is value for the price. Will continue doing business with them.
Great Customer Service
Made my first order with Peptidology…received my order promptly but the vial looked damaged . Contacted CS and quickly was sent a replacement order no questions asked ! But! FedEx delivered to the wrong house. With no help from FedEx at all other than them saying the package was delivered - Zero follow up from FedEx. Contacted Peptidology not expecting much since they had already sent a replacement order. But they again replaced my Pep and switched delivery companies. Received the 3rd replacement quickly with no hiccups. Cannot say enough about their great Customer Service.
