Hi Miranda, thanks so much for the review and for being a customer! Point taken on the pricing. If you don't mind me sharing, as a counterpoint, the 14x testing we do on every new batch is about 10 times more costly than the standard 3x testing most companies offer. We test up to 27 units per batch where most are 1-3 units. Our monthly analytical lab bill is $50,000 per month, $600,000 per year. Also we take a hit on products that fail to pass our extremely rigorous testing which we have to dispose of (and lose money on the testing and product). That strict attention to quality unfortunately drives up the costs of our products. Interestingly enough we have some customers who worry we're too cheap and are our products quality. I really appreciate your feedback and we'll take it to heart. -Josh

My go-to place for all things peptides
Peptidology has now become my go-to place for all things peptides. I really love how thorough their testing is, which really brings peace of mind, not to mention less work to have to test myself. What sealed the deal is their great prices and top notch support! My very first vial was a bust because I used a 3rd party bac water, and Peptidology replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Amazing!

customer service was excellent, i placed an order the late in the afternoon , then realized i had forgot two items, i called first thing in the morning and spoke with Nicole. She stated that the order had not shipped yet and she would just cancel it and refund my money and I could just reorder with all the products I needed. I was so happy as to not have to pay another shipping charge on a small two item order. Nicole was very helpful and professional handling my mistake.

Great so far
So far so good. Shipping was fast. I’m on day 5 of epitalon and pinealon and everything works great. Customer service answered any of my questions and the testing company verified the test results when I called them. I will update again once the other cycles are further along
