6 weeks and I still don't have my order for the crochet top. I have been back and forth with them about this. Also for 5 days I get an...Out for Delivery..message. Horrible. I would NOT order from them for anything. Here i sit and read other reviews about promptness. I don't believe that.

While I thought I had ordered from a US company, imagine my surprise when I saw that it was coming from Sweden! I thought it would take several months for it to arrive but it took about two weeks! My kids were surprised and the craftsmanship was elegant. Thank you.

I ordered a dress. I recieved it. The size chart was not accurate, so it didn't fit me. Also the product was received as a plastic rayon fabric...unusable! I asked for a refund, and was told I could not return the product. They suggest I give it away. They offered a $6 USD refund on my purchase of $68.97. Totally unacceptable!

Advertising was deceptive. I attempted to cancel the order within one minute of placing it as final pricing was higher than originally calculated and in US currency not Canadian. I got an almost immediate reply in broken English that indicated the order "was being prepared and that it was too late to cancel it." This was followed by why didn't I give their product a chance, etc.
