Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention that they truly love the brilliant styles, vibrant colors, and wonderful quality materials of the various purchased products. Many people find the initial online ordering process very smooth and consistently appreciate receiving very helpful tracking updates regarding their incoming packages. However, some customers also noted that international delivery can sometimes take a surprisingly long time and tracking information is occasionally unhelpful or inaccurate. Additionally, several disappointed reviewers expressed deep personal frustration regarding poorly fitted items, inaccurate sizing charts, and severe difficulties obtaining prompt assistance or product refunds from customer service.
