PRI did everything for me. Easy.
This did not seem like a business relationship. This was like a best friend who was available day and night in different time zones to help me, like my PA. I had looked at some documentation to move the three pets from the US to the UK, and the documents conflicted on how to do it, the order and timing and what to do first. We had our family vet who has done this before, but even they were not certain of the process and expected over 30 days to complete before getting the travel certificate / Pet passport before the flight. I looked for multiple companies to complete the process, and Elaine from PRI really stood out. We had an initial call where she could explain the process, understand the pitfalls, and not only process the movement but also take over, working directly with the vet and teaching them. The vet even said how wonderful and helpful she was in explaining how to fill in the forms for the certificates, and Elaine continued driving every step of the process, shortening the timelines.
Everyone we worked with, from dropping off the pets to collecting them at the destination airport, cleaning them, and delivering them to our destination, was wonderful and helpful.
We were rushing to move, and our expectations were over 30 days; Elaine did it all in a couple of weeks.
Not only was this the best process I have experienced, but it also allowed me to focus on moving my house and people at an excellent price for more than a professional execution.
It almost makes me look forward to moving again, if I do, I know who I am calling.

Active duty military with pets PCS to Germany
I am active duty military and we recently moved from California to Germany. This was the first time being stationed overseas and we have two Boston Terriers. Based on past horror stories of pets flying on the military rotator, I decided to seek out a private pet transport company. Pet Relocation International LLC is nothing short of amazing. I had a wonderful experience with Pet Relocation International (PRI). From the start, Elaine guided me through the process of relocating my two fur babies, Stanley and Phyllis, to Spain with clarity and compassion.

Pet Transport Angel
I can't express how grateful I am for Elaine, I was devastated when I learned how difficult it would be to take my little 1 year old kitten with me to the UK and that she couldn't fly with me on the plane.
But from the moment I reached out to Elaine she walked me through every possible option, doing independent research and responding to all of my questions. We had an outstanding experience with PRI. We were updated throughout the whole process, our dog was loved on and cared for, and the team was always responsive to our questions. Thank you all at PRI for everything!
This was my first time moving overseas and man was I anxious
This was my first time moving oversea with pets and I was incredibly nervous about their wellbeing. I researched several companies and requested quotes. But what immediately set PRI apart was that Elaine wouldn't send a quote with out first setting up a call. She took so much time answering questions and discussing the process. She wasn't afraid to answer even the most difficult questions (have you ever lost a pet or has one ever died while in transit - NO was her response to both but she did explain things that can increase risk). She talked about her love of animals and how she got into the business. Throughout the process she was ready and willing to take all my calls/respond to texts and address my concerns (and I had A LOT). She was patient, kind and understanding. She is absolutely WONDERFUL and I do not know how I would have done it without her. She has an incredibly competent global team of professionals. My two beloved cats arrived in country, on time and healthy. Not only would I recommend her without hesitation, I will certainly be using her again when my overseas assignment is complete.

Let me start by saying
Let me start by saying, Elaine and Martin are two incredible people who have built an incredible team! They, and their team, are the wonderful part. The unique part is how long we knew each other before my cat Charlie began his journey.
Prior to retiring from Montana to Nanning, China, I needed to sell the house and most all of our worldly possessions. It all needed to condense it all to 5 suitcases, two carry-ons, and two back packs, and Charlie. I assumed this process would take a few months, so Elaine was first contacted in July of 2023 a week before the house went on the market. The moment the property went on the market, the housing market went south, and the interest rates went north. So, the house didn't close until March of 2024, and Charlie didn't make his journey until the 3rd week of May 2024. 3 months turned into 10 months.
Those 10 months were very stressful for me! There was too much time for me to think. However, it gave us more time to create a plan that was best for Charlie and for me! It also gave Charlie more time to get used to his kennel (follow the proper kennel set up protocol!!). During that span of time, I spoke to Elaine and Martin countless times. I'm honored to say we became good friends! Trained stress professionals could not have helped me keep my stress level in check while I dealt with all the other issues involved with moving halfway around the world. Finding a home for my horses was heart breaking to say the least, Charlie was honestly my biggest priority in this relocation! There was no way he was staying behind!
Once my travel arrangements were made, Elaine and Martin went to work on Charlie's travel arrangements. They made sure all the medical requirements were complete, and all the documents were in order. Charlie's trip would take three days from Montana to Nanning, China. He was to overnight in the care of relocation Agents in Los Angeles and Shanghai. The LA agent took care of Customs leaving the USA and the Shanghai agent handled getting Charlie through China Customs. Both of the Agents are tops in their field and were able to overcome some documentative issues without a hitch. Be patient, it takes a while getting through Customs! These people know what they are doing, and they thoroughly love helping our sweet pets. I will add, I've become good friends with Leon, the China Agent, we chat often. He went far beyond the call of duty making sure Charlie was comfortable!
In a nutshell, Elaine and Martin are the tops! I love them both dearly. They will do amazing things caring for both you, your family, and your pets! They have put together a high-level team. They also work thoroughly with your veterinarian staff. They will hold your hands along the way. It's been almost for months since Charlie and I arrived, and they still check up on us. They will never make you feel like you're a bother, so ask questions and expect quick and thorough responses.
In closing (yay!) Charlie arrived just fine in China! A little disoriented in his new accommodations, but he had no idea he was in China. We brought him to his new vet after I arrived. He had a little problem with climate change, hot and humid, but the vet said he was doing great. 6 weeks ago, we adopted a 4-month-old stray kitten. They just love each other!

Great care was taken to move my 15 year old cat from the States to South Africa. After talking to Elaine, I felt very confident that she was the right person to handle the move. She was communicative and caring and took care of everything. She gave me all the assistance possible where it came to the necessary vet visits, etc. and I knew that the safety and comfort of my cat was a priority. I did a door to door service for the transportation of my cat, and the folks that Elaine works with to collect and deliver my kitty were also superb. Travelling is stressful, but my cat handled the move well and I am very grateful to Elaine and her team for doing everything to make this as stress free as possible for both Lulu and I. Stressful move but great results
We made a big move from the U.S. to Spain, and since we have kids, handling the aspects of moving our large dog with us was overwhelming. Wow - couldn’t have accomplished such a feat of an international move into Australia - without the support of PRI!
Wow, could I have moved my dog from Colorado to Australia without Elaine and her team? Definitely not (and I am an organized person)! There were SO many requirements and logistics I didn’t even know where to start or when they would end- and Elaine made it all feel doable- and then, it was all, miraculously, done! My happy Cavapoo arrived just as happy as always to our family down under after months of preparation, required immunizations, multiple preparatory vet visits (all protocol), three flights and 10 days of quarantine. Incredible! So so grateful for all of Elaine’s expertise, hand-holding and guidance along the way for us - and our vet- that made this move for our pup possible!!!

An international move is stressful enough without having to worry about pets!! Elaine took all of the stress out of relocating our two cats from the USA to Japan. Best money I have ever spent
I spent hours upon hours trying to find a solution for moving my 5 y.o. border terrier from Japan to Luxembourg this summer. As a single person managing all the other aspects of the move, I was concerned that trying to manage my pet's transport would be far too stressful for myself and for my dog. When I found PRI, it was nothing short of kismet. Elaine was remarkable in arranging every aspect of my dog's travel, and managed working with the Japanese and European authorities with ease, even taking extra steps to ensure his medical check could be managed efficiently with his export. She communicated consistently and clearly throughout the weeks leading up to the travel. I honestly never thought moving my dog such a long distance could be so stress free. I arranged door-to-door chaperone service and my dog arrived at my new apartment every bit his normal self; which was a genuine surprise and huge relief. PRI helped our dog move from California to Spain
Elaine at PRI helped us move our family dog from California to Spain. PRI came highly recommended from a friend of a friend and now I understand why! She was so reassuring throughout the process and helped me manage my own anxiety about sending our dog off and away on her own. I had thought maybe we could manage the whole move ourselves but it was so much easier with PRI’s support. Then I saw how complicated the pet cargo process is behind the scenes when we dropped off and picked up our happy dog—just made me so glad we went with PRI. Elaine has partners all over the world and two different groups stepped into help in our complicated move. Elaine was the most attentive and caring of them all—consistently available by phone when I had questions, understood both the emotional and logistical bits, and truly helped at every stage of the process. Will add that WhatsApp was best for communicating throughout.
