If I could give 10 stars I would! Elaine and her team at PRI were an absolute blessing to our family. Moving overseas was a very stressful time and I knew I couldn't handle our pups move on my own. Elaine was heaven sent! She is very knowledgeable, kind, communicative, compassionate I could go on and on! PRI handled everything for our dog from beginning to end. PRI for the win!
From the start both Martin and Elaine were so thorough, supportive and helpful. Make no mistake. Shipping beloved pets internationally is stressful. This is why you should choose PRI. During an already challenging time where things can change quickly as airlines or various agencies do what they do, having a Martin and Elaine in your corner makes a world of difference. Martin was so thoughtful answering my preliminary questions. Elaine took over for the actual flight bookings and tracking of pets. She was such an amazing advocate for my pets. The airlines threw us some loops and I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for her persistence and experienced team always ensuring my pets well being was priority.
I thoroughly researched pet shippers and am so glad I went with PRI!!!
Using PRI to transport my dog from Arizona to London was the best decision I made in my move! They made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way, and that my 1 year old golden retriever was so well taken care of. What an amazing journey it has been!
At first, bringing our cattle dogs from Boise, ID, and Los Angeles to Krakow, Poland seemed an impossible task. From the beginning, Martin and the team at PRI showed an incredible level of patience, understanding, and knowledge. While we were already across the pond, they skillfully guided us and the dogs' caretakers towards the ultimate moment of joy: a family reunited with their dogs. I say this without exaggeration: everything went seamless. I bet these guys would move an elephant and a giraffe for you if you needed them to. They'd probably deliver it door to door, too! Sonny moves to India
Wy wife and I relocated from Everett Washington, USA to Nagpur India for a multiyear work assignment. There was no question that our beloved dog Sonny was coming along. Sonny is a 5 yr old 70 lb short hair shepherd collie mix. After much anxiety and research we decided that PRI was the best, safest option to relocate Sonny in a way that kept him as comfortable as possible and us least stressed as possible.
Martin and Elaine were very thorough, responsive, professional, and they have a great worldwide network of agents to really execute a great relocation. They worked with our vet, the Seattle agent AirFrance, and with Indian Customs (not an easy task there) to FLAWLESSLY achieve a smooth relocation thru Paris and Mumbai and on to Nagpur.
PRI knows their stuff and how to put their pet owner customers at ease.

Recently Elaine, helped relocate our two dogs from DC to Kenya. One of our dogs is a senior dog so we were very concerned about her. Elaine spent a lot of time talking to us about all our concerns. Elaine, thank you for your patience and kind response to all our questions!
Logistically, Elaine was on top of it. She coordinated with the Vet to ensure dogs are up to date on all the required vaccines. With government officials to ensure dogs have all their paperwork in order. At the airport, she had somebody already waiting to check our dogs in for their flight. Kept in touch through out the dogs’ journey updating us of their journey.
When the dogs landed in Kenya, she had a team of vet on standby. They cleared the dogs and delivered them to our home. I’d definitely recommend Elaine!

The fact that the staff understand the process, have the ability to overcome the challenges and the communication skills to reduce your stress (sometimes when the stress on them is building) is what makes this organization so well rated.

Elaine and Martin are a cut above the…
Elaine and Martin are a cut above the rest when it comes to problem solving. We were separated from our dog for almost a week due to the Lufthansa strikes. We were moving to Portugal and our flight was unaffected but Charlies flight was cancelled and the Frankfurt airport with the dog facility,temporarily shuttered. It was utterly agonizing ...we had to leave him behind but I knew with every fiber of my being that Elaine would reunite us as quickly as possible. In the meantime they secured a wonderful boarding facility for our dog and we received photos and an update each day. It made the wait tolerable. These are the people to choose to relocate your dog. They have the resources needed when air travel goes off the rails, to look after your pet and find solutions to problems.
Also, everyone who works for them are absolute professionals !

I was really stressed and anxious about relocating my two cats to the UK, but this company made the whole process so much easier. From the start, Martin was fantastic - he clearly explained all the options and helped find what worked best for us.
Bridget, who looked after my cats before their flight, was also amazing. She took great care of them, handled vet visits, and made sure all their travel certificates were sorted.

We initially talked with Martin and he was super helpful in assisting us to make the decision to go with them. We then worked with Elaine who was incredibly supportive and an absolute star at helping to solve problems. The ladies who received our pets in Europe and delivered them to us in Italy were also amazing.
We were very nervous and had A LOT of questions along the way. Elaine's patience and availability to always talk with us was so helpful in keeping us calm and feeling confident.
Our only issue was with the kennels. We needed 2 cat kennels and 2 dog kennels. We must have purchased nearly $3000 in kennels over time because the recommended ones were non-compliant (not a PRI issue, but a manufacturer issue). Even when the animals arrived at the cargo terminal, one of them was deemed non-compliant. We then only received 3 kennels at the other end (we think we'll get the other one back at some point, it is still in Rome and wasn't able to be checked for some reason) so our cats had to go in together (which we wanted originally but was not permitted for the US to Europe flight).
Overall we recommend PRI - their service was amazing and they were supportive along the way. If you have large dogs, start looking for crates early and get PRI to approve them as soon as you can.

Amazing care, Dedication and Communication from PRI
We cannot say enough about the amazing service provided by Elaine and her colleague. They helped us safely relocate our 2 Golden Retrievers from Florida, USA to Luxembourg, EU. The level of care, dedication, and communication we received was truly exceptional.
During the journey, one of our dogs had a microchip migrate, which caused significant complications at the border in Frankfurt. What could have been a very stressful and uncertain situation was handled with incredible professionalism and determination by Elaine. She went above and beyond - persisting, advocating, and genuinely fighting for our dogs to ensure they were cared for properly, cleared to move from Germany, and able to come home to us.
Throughout the entire process, the team was extremely hands-on, and kept us updated almost 24 hours a day (atleast it felt that way)! We always felt well informed, supported and reassured, even during the stressful unknown moments.
It is clear that Elaine and her colleague truly care about the animals and families they’re helping. They have connections all over the world and this was so beneficial for our situation. Our dogs are now safely home with us, and we are so thankful and grateful for their commitment and compassion during the whole process.
We will never forget what Elaine did for our family (as I’m sure she wont either)!! We highly recommend them for any pet relocations needed. No one else will make you feel as comfortable with the process as Elaine and PRI did for us.

Moving a pet to another country was absolutely terrifying for me. I had no idea what to expect, and was full of anxiety on what to do. From the moment I began my first conversation with Elaine, my fears and concerns were eased. She was thorough in explaining the what and why, while being fully understanding of every question I asked. She was in contact throughout the process and even followed up a few days after arrival to check in on how everyone was after traveling.
It was truly an absolute pleasure to work with PRI. I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate with their pets!

PRI worked miracles!
The most stressful element to our move from California to Lisbon was worrying about if or how our 2 cats would make the journey. We were so fortunate to find PRI as a move like this is not a DIY project. Elaine and her colleagues provided a level of expertise uncommon in this arena, but they really came into play the day we went to the airport, which was the day Lufthansa went on strike. Elaine pulled out all the stops to get the cats on KLM and even arranged for Lisbon Customs to stay up past midnight to check them into the country. I can't praise PRI enough for their ability to make this happen!

4 Pets USA to New Zealand, Exceptional Experience
PRI helped us relocate our three dogs and one cat from the USA to New Zealand. The process of importing animals into New Zealand is incredibly complex due to strict biosecurity requirements, and PRI's guidance through the process was exceptional from start to finish.
1. Initial consultation:
Elaine was very clear and upfront about what to expect from the move. She provided a realistic breakdown of the expected costs and explained the entire process step by step, including what would happen and when so we had a clear understanding of the timeline and requirements from the beginning.
2. Coordination with our vet:
Elaine contacted our veterinarian directly and explained all of the required veterinary work and scheduling. She worked closely with our vet and his technicians throughout the entire process, and they had nothing but great things to say about her. Our vet regularly assists clients with shipping livestock internationally, but even he mentioned that he learned a lot from Elaine about the specific requirements involved in shipping pets.
3. Resolving documentation issues:
When there were issues with the formatting of the vaccination certificates, Elaine worked directly with our vet’s office to correct everything and make sure they met the required standards.
4. Handling all of the paperwork:
Elaine took care of all the required documentation, including permits, USDA certificates, and the various forms needed for the export process. Having her manage this removed a huge amount of stress from what could otherwise have been an overwhelming process.
5. Airline challenges:
We ran into complications with airline bookings because one of our dogs resembles a banned breed. Although we had DNA testing proving he was not a banned breed as well as an approved import permit from the NZ government, one airline still refused to transport him. Elaine handled the situation, arranged alternative plans, scheduled the final veterinary checks before departure, and coordinated the airline check-ins and USDA crate seals. During what was already a stressful and emotional move, her support made a huge difference.
6. Support even after arrival:
After our pets arrived, we shared some concerns about the quarantine facility. Even though her role was technically complete at that point, Elaine still stepped in to help by contacting the facility and requesting their care records, and was prepared to escalate the issue to the Ministry overseeing animal imports if necessary.
Moving pets to New Zealand involves many complicated steps, and there were definitely stressful moments along the way. Elaine navigated the entire process smoothly and efficiently, and we truly could not have done this without her.
We cannot recommend PRI highly enough.

Helping move from SF to London
We moved our spaniel from San Francisco to the UK in late February 2026. Throughout the process, Martin was easy to work with, and on top of all the details. He provided a lot of reassurance during an uncertain time. He negotiated with our local vet, and we worked through a minor mix up with dates. Through all of this, Martin (and Elaine) were responsive, professional and we felt our dog (Tali) was in safe hands. On the day of travel, the agents at SFO and at Heathrow were super helpful and everything went smoothly, and Tali seemed to have a really good experience with no after effects.
