Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear that your pups are still struggling with itching and scratching. Every dog is different, and factors such as environmental allergies, food sensitivities, seasonal allergens, and other health conditions can all play a role. A few things that have helped some customers include pairing the chews with an omega-3 supplement such as fish oil and working with their veterinarian to identify any underlying triggers that may be contributing to the itching. Since you have been a long term customer I'll send out a free bottle today to see if that helps. Can you confirm if you're the Craig Patterson in Detroit? I actually have a pittie with skin issues myself, and our chews have helped her tremendously, so it really can vary from dog to dog. May I ask what brand and flavor of food you're feeding your pups? I ask because my own dog's skin can flare up significantly when she's fed certain foods or brands. Environmental factors can also make a big difference. For example, scented candles, air fresheners, or scented laundry detergents can sometimes trigger skin issues. My dog has experienced hair loss and increased itching from certain detergents, and even prolonged rolling in grass can cause flare-ups. I don't know if any of this applies to your dogs, but I wanted to share some additional ideas because I know how difficult it is to watch our dogs suffer.
