1. Order said I could use credit card but at payment I could only use PayPal. 2. I used your chat app 2x but got no response. 3. I had to email to get confirmation that my payment was received. 4. I received the product before I got shipping confirmation. Other than that, I received the product in a timely manner and was satisfied overall. I would use PharmacyOnEarth again.

Took a little less than 3 weeks for shipping to US Mountain State. Received as described, but I am concerned about future orders being intercepted by US govt. because the shipment came from India (NOT Singapore as advertised), and my package had been partially opened. A friend has had problems with orders being intercepted from India with another company she purchased from. First order came ok, but subsequent order never arrived.

The order never showed up. It was blocked at the border and sent back. Still haven't gotten a response from customer support. Would like to understand the issue and to get a refund. Update: may 23rd 2024 I've reached out to customer support 10+ times now over multiple days. No response. No acknowledgement of refund. I officially do not trust this process. Be wary when ordering, they will not respond/support you.
