This is the first time I've ordered from Pharmacy On Earth. I submitted my order on 8/22/26. My order was confirmed that it was received on 8/22/26. I then receive an email about how to pay on 8/24/26. I paid for the order through Cash App ($108) and they immediately respond that my payment was received and order was being processed on 8/24/26. I've had no communication what-so-ever from this company ever since. No communication about shipping. Nothing. I've sent two emails asking about the status of when my order will ship with no response. I've tried "chatting" them through their website and the chat doesn't respond. I've tried "calling" them through What'sApp (which is where you get sent when you click the phone icon on their website). Again, no response. I've tried "chatting" with them through the What'sApp with no response. I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of these reviews about this company and I'm hopeful that by submitting this experience that if this is a legitimate company, they will respond to me and make this situation right. If they do, I will come back and provide an update.

I bought 120 40mg Accutane pills. I was not excepting both pretty-quick shipping as well as a legit proudct, on top of this I was worried it would get cought by US customs bc its alot of pills but the package is about tissue box sized, packed tightly and neat, with legit accutane. Although communication intially was a bit confusing, I ended up paying through cash app (bitcoin), and everything went splended. I have a presciption for accutane but got kicked off medicaid and the new price along with paying for derm visits is absolutely aggregoius. This was a MUCH cheaper option, that I was willing to take a risk on and it paid off immensly! Overall highly recomend, was expecting alot of mishaps - essentially none. Legit product.

Excellent experience associated either with this company! I have 5 dogs & have been searching for a large quantity of Ivermectin to treat worms. Nobody would sell without charging out the wazzoo!!! It’s confusing to place an order and then wait for payment details, especially with the time difference. It’s like I always have to wait an extra day. But the Venmo was also confusing and a little intimidating. I didn’t want to send all that money to the wrong person. It finally worked out OK.
