This is the first time I've ordered from Pharmacy On Earth. I submitted my order on 8/22/26. My order was confirmed that it was received on 8/22/26. I then receive an email about how to pay on 8/24/26. I paid for the order through Cash App ($108) and they immediately respond that my payment was received and order was being processed on 8/24/26. I've had no communication what-so-ever from this company ever since. No communication about shipping. Nothing. I've sent two emails asking about the status of when my order will ship with no response. I've tried "chatting" them through their website and the chat doesn't respond. I've tried "calling" them through What'sApp (which is where you get sent when you click the phone icon on their website). Again, no response. I've tried "chatting" with them through the What'sApp with no response. I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of these reviews about this company and I'm hopeful that by submitting this experience that if this is a legitimate company, they will respond to me and make this situation right. If they do, I will come back and provide an update.
