3 days after ordering 3 kwick pens I was informed that I could only get them individually. Paying $29.00 shipping plus insurance for each shipment. This should have been stated when I purchased the meds in the first place.

As part of a temporary update to our Cold Chain shipping process, effective last July 20, 2026, Cold Chain medications are limited to a 30-day supply per shipment during the warmer summer months. Reducing shipment quantities during the summer helps minimize heat exposure and supports the quality and integrity of temperature-sensitive medications throughout delivery.
We have also upgraded our insulated packaging by transitioning to larger cold chain shipping boxes to provide additional temperature protection while medications are in transit.
These temporary measures were implemented based on shipping and temperature-monitoring data reviewed by our Logistics Team.
We also wanted to let you know that we attempted to contact you the day after we received your order to explain these temporary shipping changes. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone, so we left a voicemail and also sent an email with the details.
