Very very fishy website. After trying to order the price was raised. I tried calling and a recording keeps playing and playing trying to get $80 for some kind of membership and it says someone will be right with you, then after all of fishy money demands that repeats and repeats it transferred me to a voicemail. As far as I am concerned BEWARE. Very fishy, to me it is a big scam plus the discount code given to me at the beginning well A BIG NOTHING, what a waist of time. I am Glad that I did not give them my credit card number, thank GOD. Again BEWARE..........plus they ask for a Birthday and their calendar is broken cannot set your own date. Whoever designed this website is not all there, the elevator works but it doesn't go all the way up. The light are on but no one is home.

I had a little trouble with the website at Pharmaserve. I called and left a message and (they were closed) stated they would call back next day. They called back the next day and helped me with my order. I also had a special request to push out the mail date about 5 days extra since I would be out of town. The person was very helpful putting in that request. This is my 4th order and I love them and love saving money!! They are always so helpful!!

The second person that I communicated…
The second person that I communicated with via chat was “Lian”. He was able to answer my question. & I was able to login….
Previous to that, I went through the Change password forgot password process multiple times and continue to get the same response, which was to say that the username OR PASSWORD WERE INCORRECT….
The process of trying to login, making the phone call in which I was finally able to renew a prescription and get it set up for auto refill has taken me close to two hours !
I spent quite a bit of time on a live telephone call, with a female, who apparently did not seem to understand what I told her because she would ask me a question which was the information I had already given her. She repeatedly spoke over me as I was answering her questions.
Additionally, I would suggest that people using English as a second language should be coached to speak a little bit slower with more care to pronunciation & separating words. There were multiple times I had to ask her to repeat because her words simply ran together..
Multiple people in my family have been immigrants, I have spent many years, listening to multiple accents, including Korean, it has been my experience that when a person simply speaks a little slower and more deliberately, they can be understood.
This is not the first time I’ve had this experience when speaking on the phone to a PharmaSERVE representative.
