Unfortunately the earrings I bought were faulty. I contacted customer services and had a response immediately saying the earrings would be replaced. This was confirmed in a follow up email. Fantastic service in a normally inadequate consumer world. Just waiting on the replacement delivery. Hopefully these will be okay.

I will never buy from this company again their customer service is atrocious. I ordered an item they sent me the wrong item they send me a returns label and when I told them I didn’t have access to a printer they then expect me to go to the post office and pay for my returns myself and will reimburse later !! They advise they cannot book a collection on the Royal Mail website where a label is brought to the collection address this is 2025 and a normal practice of conduct with other companies. All of this going on and they can’t send my correct item. Now been told due to complexity this has gone to a supervisor who can take 5 days to answer ! So I’m out of pocket and don’t have the product ordered and expected to wait 5 days for a supervisor totally unacceptable - they are very quick at taking money from your account ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARTING WITH ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH !
One of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. Delivery was delayed and had to be chased. I returned the item the same day, unopened and not touched. THREE WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have chased numerous times and have been told my refund is delayed because someone was off for a short time poorly!! Now I'm being told it's delayed due to it's ""complexity"" and has been referred to a supervisor. Totally unacceptable and the worse customer service I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Would recommend, I returned items that were then lost in the post but Piercing Mania were very helpful. They sorted my problem and I got replacements. Thank you, as most places wouldn’t have bothered.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this site and both times it's been overall a great experience. The jewellery is great quality and is delivered quickly and well packaged
Amazing customer service, titanium nose and ear studs were a game changer for me as I react to everything else and platinum is too expensive. Pieces were affordable and well made. Will be buying from here in the future
Purchased a belly bar before Christmas as a present. Item was too small, seal wasn’t broken, followed return order instructions and sent off recoded/signed for delivery. 5 days I had the item returned to be with a note from Royal Mail saying ‘gone away’…have emailed numerous times and had no communication back. Terrible company - avoid at all cost !!
Do NOT buy your tongue bars from here! I got a couple for myself and my partner and within the first couple of weeks it kept becoming loose, then my partners bar came off and the actual glass on the tongue bar, he did not realise and swallowed it which could had caused a chocking hazard, then the same happened to me as well. Would not recommend!

I recently purchased 3 lovely items from Piercing Mania and they are all great quality for a great price. Unfortunately one of the items were damaged in transit through no fault from Piercing Mania as it was packaged really well. Upon contacting them my email was responded to extremely quickly, was polite and professional and a replacement item was swiftly dispatched. So happy with the service I received and definitely hope to buy from them again. They are awesome! 👍
Had ordered 2 different types of belly piercings both of which fell out and got lost due to clips/lach not being mad well and coming undone/open. Very disappointing and they have not published my reviews about them being faulty.

After seeing their beautiful jewellery online for a few times I finally decided to buy titanium hoop earrings with crystals, plain larger hoop earrings and belly piercing. Everything arrived in just a couple of days, but instead of the crystal hoops I received plain hoops. I emailed them and Sanne assured me she will make sure I get sent the right item and that I don't have to send them the earrings back. I have received the correct earrings today with heart shaped sweeties saying "sweet sorry"😊 I love their products and their customer service is excellent🙂 I will be a returning customer.
Absolutely incredible service! I ordered a beautiful gold threadless end, but in my haste to get it in my ear, I managed to put a kink in it. I enquired about them straightening it for me (so I didn't break it further myself!) - they responded straight away, and offered a new one - simply sent me a returns label (including postage) to return it, and they sent me a brand new one out. Absolutely incredible, especially considering it was my own fault. Would highly recommend. Will most definitely be buying again (and putting the slight bend in, without being so heavy handed!)
When recently reviewing a second purchase, I mentioned that one of my earrings didn't close securely and may accidentally have given only a couple of stars. I say 'accidentally' because other than the fastening issue, I couldn't fault this company. Customer Services contacted me and couldn't do enough to help. I'd give them a solid 10 for Customer Service and their titanium earrings are the only ones that don't cause any irritation whatsoever. Thanks for great service, product and delivery, Piercing Mania!
