Amazing store and stunningly beautiful jewellery. The customer service I received both shocked and surprised me in the best way. I spoke with Esmee and Sanne, I had an issue with a delivery and they were fantastic with their response. The issue was sorted quickly, I had amazing communication the whole way through and I was surprised in a lovely way with the outcome.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Their prices are really good in comparison to other sites and I love the range of products they have too. Well worth a visit to their site and the jewellery is just stunning.
Amazing, would hightly recommend. Love their jewellery, had an issue with an item, not only did they sort it quickly, but they were fast in responding to emails, lovely, positive attitude in the emails and so helpful. They don't care if your order is £10 or £100, they treat you with respect and i will be getting anything and everything piercing related from them from now on, over any other online or highstreet shop.

Brilliant!
This is such a brilliant company, I accidentally ordered the wrong size initially and so got in contact with their customer service team. Sanne got back to me so quickly and was so kind and helpful, sorting the issue out immediately. I reordered the correct size which arrived very quickly and I am really impressed with the product. Awesome company. Lots of choice for jewellery, super fast delivery and excellent customer service. My go to shop for all body jewellery and piercing accessories.
I had an issue in that the opal stones fell out of my studs. I contacted them and I have to say that their customer service is absolutely brilliant. Esmee and Sanne responded to me very quickly and offered to replace either like for like or I could choose another style, free of charge. I'm a very happy customer and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

Really lovely earrings
Really lovely earrings, well made with beautiful aurora borealis stones which I adore. Unfortunately one stone fell out of my conch marquise cut earrings and it was outside the guarantee period. Despite this, Esmee was kind enough to replace the earring for me anyway, completely free of charge! This is the kind of excellent service that guarantees my future custom! Thankyou!

I have been buying bits of jewellery off Piercing Mania for years now and would recommend them to anyone.
I ordered a couple of a pairs of titanium earrings and the delivery time was less than a week, and the quality of the earrings is fantastic. I am very prone to infections because my body doesn't agree with some metals, but I have not had a single issue since wearing the piercing mania ones. 10/10

I’m surprised to see the average rating…
I’m surprised to see the average rating here tbh.. I’ve been using piercing mania for years and never had a problem. The last earring I brought I couldn’t get the balls off any of them so I emailed and spoke with sanne, after giving me some advice which still didnt work they’ve sent me replacements for all the earrings I ordered. Very happy with that
Apparently, even when you want to give them a bad review on the website, it won't show. Instead, they contact you through email, saying to contact customer service. They only leave 5-star reviews. To add on, most piercings feel really weird and/or just don't fit. They feel really, really cheap.

Headache and stress with this company
Changing my previously good review to a negative one. My last few experiences with PM have been stressful. They have refunded a £25 item I returned in reward points despite paying cash, and I have been going back and fourth with them on this for a week now. This is the ladt straw for me. They are now no longer responding. I was a frequent buyer but moving forward I will shop elsewhere
