I have plenty of friends who buy contacts from here and they love it, so I thought I'd give it a chance. I ordered the EOS Bubble Blue contacts for a cosplay I was doing. I ordered them about 2 weeks in advance from the convention I was attending, so I payed for the 4-7 day shipping. 4 days after I ordered them, I got an email saying that the two powers I ordered were two different shades of blue and asked me if I wanted to do a refund, or order another pair. I replied about 2 hours later saying I was okay with a different pair. It wasn't until ANOTHER 4 days and 3 emails from me before I got a reply back saying they were going to process it and ship it. Although they upgraded my shipping to the 3-4 day since my main concern was to get them before the convention, I still wasn't going to be able to get the contacts until Monday, after the con was over. Overall, although I liked the contacts, I was fairly annoyed at the slowness of the replies. It took about 8 days before they could even process my order, even though I should've already had my contacts by then. I will shop with them again, but this time I'm going to purchase the contacts MONTHS in advance to avoid this stressful situation.

I ordered a pair of Vassen Dolly Plus Red contacts about a month ago using a coupon code. 11 days later, I got an email informing me that my order had been canceled and refunded. I had no idea why, I'd figured my order had been at least processed and shipped within the span of 11 days. I emailed customer service immediately afterwards and got a response asking for my order number 6 days later. Haven't heard back from them yet. I'm usually very understanding because I've worked in retail before and I know not everything goes as planned beyond a person's control and I'm glad they refunded me, but it's been nearly a month since I ordered my contacts and I haven't gotten an apology or any sort of explanation as to why my order was canceled.
i finally got to try my geo bella violet lenses. eye color: dark-mid brown color & design: 4/5 enlargement: 5/5 comfort: 3/5 overall: 4/5 i posted a cosplay photo with those lenses for any1 curious about how they look like check my ravenborn leblanc cosplay (fb / d.tigerdrena) i sadly have no tracking number, because i've got these lenses gifted, but i hope to receive my own first order of your lenses soon. =3 i really love these lenses overall. my friend said the lenses arrived 3 weeks after he bought them. so shipping time is normal. when i opened the package everything was in order and i also got a free lense case. the lenses were okay to wear, not as comfortable as my other geo lenses, but still good enough for conventions. the color is great and its not transparent, which i like a lot. sadly they dont cover 100% of my brown eyes, which is usual for circle lenses. but overall they still look really awesome and are worth the money, thanks!

Order No.: 240691 Well, I ordered 2 lenses 2 weeks ago, they haven't arrive of course, I live in colombia, they will take a long time. However, I have read so many reviews about pinky paradise and I haven't seen anyone complaining. I sent them emails since I had some questions and they replied the next day pretty early. Even though my question was answered in the F.A.Q (I didn't check it before) they took the time to reply me. I am really happy with the service so far. I can't tell anything about the shipping or the lenses since I haven't got mine yet, but my hopes are pretty high, I can't wait to get my order
I haven't actually recieved my lenses yet so this a very incomplete review, but for what I got (a pair of electric blue circle lenses), the price was very reasonable. As someone who has worn contacts all her life, I'm excited ro see how they fit and how the work. I'm not expecting perfection, but I'n expecting the colors to show if nothing else.
The lenses are great and at extremely reasonable prices. They have a wide selection from which you can choose,from natural to flaymoyant. Only downside is the shipping time.
I have ordered from pinkyparadise.com twice and the first time after I paid for my order, some days later they contacted me via e-mail to say that my ordered lenses do not match although the system allowed me to buy them! So pp asked if i wanted my money back or switch to other pair which I did. I haven't received any confimration if they switched it to another pair or not although. And about 1.5 week later i had to contact them myself asking what actually happened to my order. No tracking nb was received and the status of the parcel hadn't been changed to "shipped" neither. I haven't received any e-mail confirmation that the order had been shipped too! So, some days later I finally received their reply saying that my order actually had been shipped few days ago. (which I am not sure) and later they updated my parcel status and provided the nb. So all in all it took them far more than 10 days to process the order which is disappointing, the feedback is also not of a high quality. The second issue was again a disappointing experience. I paid for my order and again the status hadn't been changed to "shipped" and no tracking nb had been provided to me not after 10 days. so i had to contact them myself again! Only after that I received an e-mail saying that my item had been shipped on the 1st of October(!). Today is the 15th of October and I am still UNABLE to track the provided number online! The system says that this number wasn't found!!! Hopefully I will finally receive my order and will never order anything from them again.
This company offers a wide variety of colored contacts that can be prescribed and non prescribed. All the colors are amazing the only issue with PinkyParadise is the shipping how long it takes to ship because they do come from Asia. I've personally bought millions of pairs from them and never regretted on not buying one pair. Whenever someone is looking for some colored contacts I recommend them to PinkyParadise and if your looking for some colored contacts I reccomend you to PinkyParadise.
I love Pinky products, some are down right perfect and amazing but I've had a few lenses that were not the best. They made my eyes hurt like crazy no matter how much I hydrated my lenses and eyes. Se brands are better than others and some are advertised brighter than they actually are. But if you check reviews before you buy you should be golden. They are over all an amazing place to buy colored lenses!!
Love PinkyParadise and have heard nothing but good reviews, espically from Mortem3r/ichigoflavor/dounjinshu/other various youtubers and tumblr blogs! They have very effecient service, thought not for anyone who wants it quick without paying a price! They do have awesome deals going on, sometimes even half off which is what I got. Still waiting for mine but definetly waiting patienty and eagerly.
I bought three pairs of toric lenses and I love them. One of the pairs doesn't fit quite right, but the other two are perfect. They also show up fairly nicely on my dark brown eyes.
I really like all the different colors and that they really make your eyes look amazing, but there are only a few choices for perscription lenses for astigmatism. I would LOVE to have that oversized-dolly look without having to wear my glasses. There are plenty of options for regular perscription lenses, but the astigmatism deal kinda sucks in general for those who want circle lenses. I know they are a recent development, but I would really like to see 14+mm lenses available for people like me. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because of this, but if things change and more styles for astigmatism are offered... 5 stars all day!

I bought two pairs of lenses. One showed up better than the other. I bought a red pair which was awesome and was really bright and easy to see because the pigment was so defined. My only issue was with the second pair. They are pretty but dont pop like the red because the pigment isn't as full. They are a purple pair. I thought they would pop more on my pale blue eyes. Would've bought more pigmented ones if I knew but they are very pretty antway though.
I had one issue with my order and Pinkyparadise.com made it right. One of the lenses I ordered was actually out of stock (Said IN STOCK when I placed my order) and they had me pick a different style, refunded the difference, and upgraded my shipping. I would give 5 stars, but I had to contact them to find out why, after 4 business days, my order was still processing. If they would have let me know, I would be happier. I've bought many contact lenses from Pinky Paradise and they never fail me. My favorite colored lenses are the GEO brown series lenses. They look natural and feel comfortable. Order #235184 I've been purchasing lenses for cosplay purposes for a few years now, and am always satisfied by Pinky's service. I do a lot of research into lenses before I buy them, so typically I'm not disappointed--and even then it's the manufacturer rather than the distributor. I love that they stock all of the big-name manufacturers, and a large selection of lens styles. My only complaint is that they tend to go out of stock quite frequently (especially with the Dueba GBT series), which has driven me to other sites to purchase the same lenses.
