Arrived on time
Arrived on time, answered all questions, used shoe covers when entering into the home. Most pleased with Pedro, amiable young man. Highly recommend.

Spray Foam Insulation
We hired PipeWorks to complete spray foam insulation in our new third floor master suite. It involved all walls and ceiling. Neil and his team were absolutely amazing, taking the time to explain the process, ensure everything was done clean, on time, and correctly. They had to work on a third floor in a newly renovated home, and took the time to protect floors, walls etc by even wearing booties in the house. They made sure after the job was done to come back and ensure everything was properly sealed, cleaned, and that we were happy with the end result. Neil was superb, and this is now the second time we've worked with PipeWorks on our house. (Prior was replacement of water line to the house). They're a fantastic company that really cares about the product and customer service. Would highly recommend hiring them!

Always on Time and Efficient
We scheduled for a Friday and Pipe Works was able to move it earlier to a Thursday, and they arrived well within a one-hour time window. Even though it was for a routine outdoor faucet replacement, I was able to provide my input on insuring a high quality replacement product. The job was performed quickly and easily. I had used Pipe Works earlier in the year for insulation needs, and will consider them for other jobs in the future.

When I call Pipe Works for service, I always know I’m guaranteed to get a wonderful technician who is very knowledgeable and honest. That was the case this time with Pablo he was honest with pricing and suggestions on changes we wanted to make and as always clean and neat with all the work that was done. Also since you signed up for our Pipe Works Service Agreement that includes a generator visit where we clean, maintain and examine thoroughly your generator.this service agreement give you many special PSA discounts any plumbing, heating, cooling, water conditioning, insulation and electrical services. Professional and Quality Service Company
From my phone call being answered by Kevin and his professional scheduling service, followed by the personal touch of an appointment reminder email, to Pablo arriving on time to service my furnace I knew I made the right choice of selecting Pipeworks. A routine cleaning of my almost twenty five year old furnace uncovered a serious problem. Pablo clearly explained the problem and a provided a few resolutions. To help me make a decision Pipworks had Rob M meet with me. Rob was courteous and very informative giving me all the details and resources needed. My new furnace will be installed soon and I'll have piece of mind keeping warm this upcoming winter. Thank you!!

From the office to the consultant to the gentlemen who actually did the work it was wonderful service and customer service. Very friendly all around, following up with everything to see if we had any questions and they were quick and prompt at responding. I would not hesitate to call again.

Came on time
Came on time. Worker rearranged his schedule so he could do all work in one day so I wouldn't have to take the day off. Maybe a little expensive but they do the job correctly the first time.
