I have bought reels from pisicifun before there pretty good but my recent order one of the reels it sounds and feels like the bearings are already shot i messaged just an Ai response at 4 on a friday I get leaving work early and tome zone could effect it but defective product should not leave the door

The handle grip for the entire rod was extremely loose and made reeling feel awkward and brittle. The color, stiffness, and materials are all amazing but if I can’t feel confident holding the reel then I don’t feel like I will use it often

Bought a second Alijoz 400 within a few weeks in preparation for next year’s King Salmon season on Salmon River. I liked the first one so well I couldn’t wait to get a second. The key features that caught my interest were a blue low profile baitcaster, high capacity for fluorocarbon line, drag clicker and power handle. The reviews and videos were impressive. The overall value was too good to pass up!
Man the light weight feel and smooth caating is perfect. Ive used it twice and both times caught me a few bass out the canals. Cant wait to use it at the lake.

I felt like a kid at Christmas the reel came in a box with form cut foam in it. Nice knowing a company wants your reel in top shape when it gets to your house. I'm waiting on ice line to get to me before I go try it out
It may have 10 bearings but the rest is junk. The drag is flimsy tin and plastic
