Dear Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the poor experience caused by the loose handle grip. We completely understand the "awkward and brittle" feeling you described when reeling, which certainly undermines confidence in the product. We are also delighted that you recognized the rod's color, stiffness, and materials. The loose handle issue you encountered is preliminarily judged to be a quality control flaw in the assembly of an individual unit, not a common design problem. We are taking this matter very seriously. We stand by our product quality. Our customer service team will promptly contact you via email to arrange a free replacement or a full refund to ensure your issue is resolved satisfactorily. We will also share your feedback with our quality control department to strengthen inspections in relevant processes and prevent such incidents from recurring. Thank you again for helping us identify this issue. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with better products and service in the future.
