The Best Employee I Have and It Has Never Asked for a Raise
Before buying my PLAUD AI device, I would leave meetings with three pages of handwriting that looked like a doctor’s prescription written during an earthquake. Twenty minutes later, I couldn’t remember who agreed to do what or whether anything had actually been agreed to at all.
Now PLAUD records the conversation, transcribes it, creates a summary, and pulls out the important action items. Basically, it pays attention in meetings so I don’t have to pretend I’m writing something important while actually wondering what I’m having for lunch.
The summaries are clear, the device is incredibly easy to use, and it remembers everything. It never interrupts, never arrives late, and most importantly never schedules another meeting to discuss what happened in the last meeting.
The only downside is that I now have documented evidence of how often I say things like “let’s circle back,” “take this offline,” and “who owns this?” Apparently, I have been speaking fluent corporate nonsense for years.
PLAUD has quickly become one of the most useful tools I own. Five stars. If it ever learns how to attend the meeting without me, I’ll buy two.

Excellent Customer Service
My Note Pro hasn't arrived yet and when I went to go track it, I noticed that I could have doubled the minutes with a code I didn't see when I ordered. I reached out through the online chat, and the representative gave me the code right away so that I could have 600 mins instead of 300 mins. I really appreciate them helping me immediately.
