They listened to all of my requests/wants and even gave me some suggestions for my rings that worked out perfectly! I cannot praise this business enough! Great customer service, all my questions were answered day-of and were extremely helpful. When I had concerns about the arrival date of the shipping, they waited for me to confirm before moving along. The packaging was excellent and included lots of information about the diamond as well as the complimentary services. Overall, I am excited to get other PD jewelry for my loved ones in the future.
