These women know what they are doing , I trusted them to build me an engagement ring and they knocked it out of the park . Quality and professionalism was beyond my expectations. Very happy I chose them . They also went out of their way to get back to me with an issue with a diamond that I chose that wasn’t up to par (dull) when they received it. They could have used it in the build anyway but instead let me know the issue if I wanted to proceed or choose a different diamond to my liking since a sparkly shine was what I was after. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for my online jewelry needs .

I already purchased an engagment ring from plum and the wedding band didnt disappoint either! Yhe customer service was amazing and it still blows me away how amazingly the diamonds sparkle. Im very proud and happy to see these rings on my loves hand for the rest of our lives. Thank you plum!!

Kristy and Renee were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire ring selection process, from beginning to end. They addressed every question I had, sent examples of past rings they designed, and even offered personal insight to help guide my ring sizing decisions. Their customer service was top tier. This place checked a lot of boxes. Good options. Lab grown. Women owned. All great things, but what really struck me, the outreach and customer support. Last minute before shipping, I found out I would be home to receive it; called and boom, it was on hold for a few days until I got back. After arriving, had some concerns about my size of diamond, but their thoughtful considerations and helpful advice, I am thrilled with the choice. Company is leading with its best foot forward and standing by all the things they claim on their webpage.

Great Experience
Overall, the staff as a whole was extremely helpful for the whole process, answering my questions about any topic. I asked about payment options, stylistic ideas, and even shipping details, and I was not once treated rudely or left to wait. This was a very nerve-racking time for me, and the Plum Diamonds Staff did a wonderful job top to bottom.

I was researching lab grown diamonds and which companies people had great experiences with, and I happened to see Plum Diamonds in Reddit with all great reviews. I looked them up and was thrilled to see how close they were to where I live.
I ordered the Try-On Kit first with a variety of settings and diamond shapes for my 10 year ring upgrade. I’m so glad I did because I went with a completely different style than what I originally was thinking about in my head.
I customized my ring setting, picked my diamond, and placed my order online. Communication from Plum went above and beyond. They reached out with every step of the process. They worked with me to have the ring dropped off at a secure location since I wouldn’t be home to sign for it.
A little more than 3 weeks later, I had my ring on my finger. And oh my goodness, it’s STUNNING! I can’t believe the quality, especially for the price. Ring shopping now is so different than it was 10 years ago, and had we known about Plum back then, we would’ve went with them originally.
10/10 recommend!!!

There was a FedEx issue with shipping and Josh from customer service provided genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever received from a brand. He was proactive, understanding, and fixed everything. Once the band arrived, it was gorgeous and I’m so happy with it. Thank you!
