I ordered the Plunge Chill max tub and chiller. I decided to upgraded to the pro tub. The max tub was still in transit so Plunge Chill was able to reroute the max tub back to them so I didnt have to bother with a return. They promptly shipped me the pro tub. Plunge Chill was super responsive to all my inquiries. Best customer service experience I have ever had.
It’s a great cold plunge tub. It’s a lot bigger than the tub I previously was using. I’m a big guy and this one fits me with ease. Only challenge I have now is it sits in the backyard and the chiller is fighting vs the California heat.
After trying to keep a cold plunge cold manually, I finally made the switch and got a Plungechill. I love it! In addition to keeping the water clean, its easy to set up, keeps the water really cold!!

I was very confused and concerned at first because the noise but yet the support team was very friendly helpful and they explained the issue and it was me not understanding that is necessary for to work the water and true silence was connected with the chiller hoses being immerse in the water doing there thing! Quality is incredible durable and the product itself speaks they care about it.
Received my Plunge Chill in the mail, it came perfect condition, just like the description, easy to set up & use! I love having it for wellness reasons, but even more so in the desert heat!! Highly recommend.
I just received my plunge chiller and had a small issue understanding how one of the buttons was supposed to work. Since this wasn't an inexpensive purchase, I wanted to make sure everything was functioning correctly. I reached out to customer support, and within 24 hours, they were helping me through the setup process. Their support has been excellent—patient, responsive, and attentive to my questions. They stayed with me while I tested the unit, explained how to set the temperature, how the system works, and answered my questions about the pump and electrical connections, which gave me a lot of confidence. I haven't had the chance to fully use the plunge yet, but based on my experience so far, I'm excited for the weeks ahead. I think this is going to be an incredible addition to my recovery routine. My only complaint is that the hoses arrived a little beat up cosmetically. At first, I was more concerned about making sure the electrical components were working properly, so I didn't mention it right away, but I will be reaching out to support about that as well. Overall, my experience with customer support has been outstanding, and I'm looking forward to getting the full benefit of this awesome plunge chiller.

The hose clips are secured onto the insulation during packaging, so some compression marks may be visible when you first receive it. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect performance. 3 stars since I cannot honestly review the 1HP chiller as it arrived damaged (likely from shipping) and I wasn’t able to use it. So I had it returned. 5 stars for the customer service I received…. STELLAR! From info gathering, getting my questions answered, the purchase, and the return process…. They were with me all the way. They offered many options and alternatives to my questions and needs and were always helpful and supprting me as a consumer. Awesome!

I got the cold plunge tub and it’s the perfect size for me and was easy to build. It helps me achieve my fitness goals to soothe muscle soreness and recover faster.
Our back porch has a small slope. Before finding this plunge, we set up a foldable plunge we found really cheap online. That didn’t hold up to one session before the pvc supports started to bow and collapse. We started a new search and found plunge chill and the material is far superior and also came with input and output shut off valves. We are VERY happy with this purchase!

I’ve experienced many cold plunges and inflatable cold plunges before but nothing quite like this one, WOW. The setup was easy and fast, intuitive and straightforward. I was a little nervous about the pump, I thought I was going to be pumping for hours but it was complete in minutes and a great way to warm up before your cold plunge. The tub is HIGH quality (it doesn’t feel inflatable when you blow it up) the structure is firm and solid. It’s also surprisingly lightweight. The steps are functional, necessary and appreciated, the cover is lightweight and everything has buckles for easy connection and assembly. It’s spacious and LARGE but not excessive. My boyfriend who is 6’4 fits easily and we can even plunge together, I’m 5’1. New date night unlocked. & I LOVE how easy it is to break down and transport. We have plans to bring it to the beach, and over to friends' houses for gatherings! The Team at Plunge Chill
Website was clear and easy to navigate. Shipment was really fast. Setup was a bit harder than expected (instructions were clear, actually doing it and making it absolutely leak-proof was the challenge). We couldn't make one of the setting adjustments work correctly - support was fast (less than 12 hours for email response) and provided clear troubleshooting guidelines and a video.
The unit sets up easy even with one person. It seems sturdy and well built. The chiller is to small and it takes a long time to cool the water. Outside temps above 90 it cant keep the water cool much below 60 deg. I have had the unit for less than two weeks and the chiller is already not chilling at all. I have not been able to find a good resource online to trouble shoot. Update: I went to the companies web page at 9:30 PM and asked for help. I was immediately offered a video call to trouble shoot the problem. In the end I reset the unit and it is working fine! Very good customer service.

Great cold plunge the XL tub fits me with plenty of room you could even get two smaller people in here. I have mine outside baking in the Summer sun and it stays right around 50-51 my setting is on 48 it does dip down in the evening time when it cools off the sun is literally cooking the water but it is able to keep it nice and chilly now if it's indoors your temperature would hold a lot better at lower degrees. I really enjoy cold plunging pre-workout I cold plunge 48 to 50° for 6 minutes get out dry off warm my body temperature back up with squats and push-ups and then I head into my workout refreshed. The feeling you get after cold plunging keeps you coming back that initial 15-second shock does hit hard but the after effects are so beautiful overall great company great chiller great tub.
