I can only speak from my experience, Plush Shop anime plushies are amazing. That's when you get them. The companies that Plush Shop choose to deliver their products are horrible. One in particular in my case, Swiftx horrible delivery company. They double labeled my package and switched my plushies with a flower package. I emailed Swiftx and their response is we don't deal with this issue, like what!? Absolutely insane. I'm currently waiting for Plush Shop response as I also sent them an email, I sent all the proof I never received my two plushies that I ordered. It's sad since the plushies were gifts for my son. If your reading this, I hope this helps. It is a stressful thing to deal with. And just for context I have ordered multiple times form Plush shop, this is the first time I have had an issue with not receiving my package that I ordered.
Update: Hello Plush Shop, I sent two emails to you guys. One on March 13 and the other on March 14, I am just waiting for a response. Order #233094

I really love this brand! I have Bakugou, Toga, Sasuke, Gabimaru, Akutagawa, Geto, Lan Wangji, and Wei Wuxian! They are all lovely and great. I really like the size, it's perfect for hugging. The details, outfits, and embroidery are all good. Customer service is always good too! Tip: STEAM THEM lightly with a fabric steamer. It'll get the ears to stick up nicely and take care of the wrinkles from shipping. Def recommend.
My daughter found a plush that she wanted for her birthday, a luffymeow plush, although it wasn't released until after her birthday it came a lot sooner than expected, it was also bigger than she expected and she does not go anywhere without it, excellent quality I am over the moon with this product and will be using this company again.
Hi I recently Ordered and received a Dekuemeow plushie and the moment It came out of the box I fell in love he’s so fluffy and Adorable. Because of that I ordered The Tanjiromeow plushie right after which he should be coming in soon.
