Satisfied with my projector
I ordered a projector, it came broken (rotation didin't work) and it took some time to have an answer from the customer service. But when they did, they sent me a new one and it works perfectly. I love it!
Do not fall for it
This company seems to spend all of their money on marketing and none of it on quality control or customer service. Received a defective device but despite their claims of a "money back guarantee" and "reply with 24 hours", they have completely stonewalled me. I have messaged multiple time and am still waiting for a response 3 weeks later
Overpriced, dubious reviews
I'm going to post my review here, as they have chosen not to post it on their website despite inviting me to write one. The product itself is good quality and was delivered in good time, considering it came directly from China. Adding an extra £2 for delivery insurance is naughty, this is their risk, not mine. Suggest using a credit card so you have the chargeback option. It does what it claims, but is to me no better than much cheaper alternatives. The only thing that sets it apart is the built in battery which makes positioning easier. Overall I feel I have been conned by some over enthusiastic reviews, it's really not worth the price compared to alternatives. Edit: 'over enthusiastic' may have been too kind a description, looking at the number of 5 star reviews from single item reviewers on here. Definitely some sock puppetry going on, dropping to 2 stars.
Items missing !
Very disappointing, I ordered a Pococo and some discs, all work fine, but one disc is missing, I wrote to the customer service and never got a reply. Guess sometimes you're lucky to pay that amount of money and get your items and sometimes you don't get what you paid for
Unfulfilled Order, Poor Communication, and Disappointing Customer Service
I placed an order at the beginning of December, attracted by their Christmas gift promotion. However, aside from being charged immediately, I have received no updates or information about my order. It’s now clear I won’t be receiving it in time for the holidays.I have contacted Pococo multiple times with no response. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order has been extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if possible.

Galaxy Star Projector
Pococo galaxy projector is honestly amazing! The image resolution is clear and you’re able to adjust it depending on how close or far it is. Not to mention there’s tons of discs so you’ll never get bored of seeing the same old thing. There’s also a built in timer so it’ll auto shut off in case you forget. Overall really happy with my projector and discs. :)

Customer service is excellent. Website is easy to use. And the quality of the projector itself is amazing. Compact little thing but the picture is amazing. Wonderful gift with tons of options.
Pending resolution but CS is good.
Issue with defective product but their chat system was nice and responded fairly quickly considering time differences. They offered to send replacement after video footage that item doesn't work. Pending shipping info and replacement. Otherwise the unit is pretty nice for the price compared to other brands.

this projector is just superb, it invites you to travel and is perfect for falling asleep thanks to its timer, I also use it during massage sessions. the discs are numerous and varied and of good quality, I am impatiently awaiting the new releases

They are perfect to create a relaxing or a romantic atmosfere in any room, with a wide range of disks with different images to create wonderful atmospheres. Also, the website is perfect to guide you easily in a perfect purchase, and have wonderful discounts! Very good product and friendly shop
The discs and the projector are from a good quality and we ordered multiple star sets. Everything was fine with the order and the discs entertain our kids every evening until she sleeps. Delivery of the products was about a week, or maybe faster. I can recommend the shop and would order again.
A great way to relax!
We have truly enjoyed using the Pococo projector each night. The images are crisp and vivid and being able to customize from the many options is a plus. My daughter has been able to fall asleep better as the 15-minute timer with automatic turn-off helps her stay focused and allows her to relax before drifting off to sleep. We highly recommend the Pococo projector!
